The funny thing is, part of why Marvel got the ball rolling with all of these unheard-of heroes is because it gave them creative freedom, and a story people weren't already made up about. Wasp was one of the original avengers, for Christ's sake, but nobody knew about her. The experienced filmmakers at Disney/Marvel saw that as a great opportunity to make an action comedy, and just leaned into it.
I'm really glad they did.

Actually thank Sony. Sony Marvel custody arrangement says literally Spider-Man has to be used at least every 2 to three years and if Sony hasn't failed because they don't want to give Marvel back the film right and the merchandise rights which Marvel still has outright.

I know a lot of people have been complaining about the quality of visual effects of the more recent mcu projects, but I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if they saved all their budget for this movie because it looks STUNNING. And tbh, I’m completely fine with it-
The quality wouldn't be so much of a conversation without also mentioning the abuse that the VFX people suffer from Marvel studios. That being said, I agree that this looks much better than anything post Endgame

The world background building in Marvel never dissapoints. This looks so beautiful i cant wait
I’m going to venture a guess and say that the Quantum Realm isn’t just it’s own universe, it’s a dimensional prison, built to keep the most dangerous version of Kang the Conqueror behind bars. I’d also guess that He Who Remains is the one who built that prison.
This makes sense.
I don't think the quantum realm was invented by anyone, it always existed alongside the regular universe.
@@sam8404 I'm in agreement with you, but it's still pretty clear that K the C is trapped down there, and that doesn't feel like an accident. That feels like strategic He Who Remains shenanigans. It may very well be serving as a prison.

The Ant-Mans' have been some of my favorite in the MCU, so far.
Maybe it's because I grew up watching everything and anything with Paul Rudd, Will Ferrell, or Steve Carrell in it, but they're the easiest to rewatch and have a stellar supporting cast.
Everyone asking about that Spaghetti Ant-Man scene. Pause instantly at the scene and watch carefully. There are more than just 3-4 antmen. It seems Kang has captured multiple variants of Scott and all here are running from something. This scene is going to be rad if that's the case.

I hope we get a lot of variants in some type of flashback. Really hit home how big of a threat Kang is. There is even a theory that he will kill Scott.

I think one of my favorite tropes is the character who is told to stop something immediately but for dramatic purposes waits to see what’ll happen next..

I've been waiting for this one since it was announced on Disney Investor Day two years ago, and I have eagerly and feverishly anticipated the grand introduction of the MCU's next Big Bad supervillain, Kang the Conqueror!!! The visuals look stunning, incredible, and deeply detailed, and the Quantum Realm will definitely need to be seen through the IMAX experience! And remember, whatever happens in Quantumania is sure to have a rippling effect on the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe, especially when it all leads to Avengers: The Kang Dynasty

This trailer gave me Guardians of the Galaxy's vibes, but instead of being lost in the vastness of space, we're in the vastness of the nanoscopic quantum realm, showing it is equally, if not even more immense. Fascinating !

The door thing at +1:41 looks a lot like the celestial designs used on eternal tech. Man I was already excited once they said Kang was the villain but now seeing the massive size and scope that this film has in terms of future impact of the MCU, im soooooo much more excited to see what’s going on. I just hope the trailer isn’t leading us into a let down like Dr. strange 2 and Love and Thunder as both those trailers were amazing but but teased a larger scale than the film gave us especially Strange teasing a giant multiverse traveling film just to give one scene of going through other universes but actually only traveling to one other universe that is basically a future version of our universe
dr strange 2 was dipping the toe in and introducing the multiverse as well as introducing the only character that can easily traverse it. if she came in OP and could easily control it then she could win the multiverse saga right there. phase 4 is the introduction, phase 5 will be the introduction of the villian and 6 will be the conclusion. MCU is a universe building juggernaut. if you got it all at once the payoff would never be the same

Kang Returns Since Loki Series
I watched a movie in IMAX theater for the first time a few months back and it is definitely the best experience for movies imo. Cannot wait for Quantumania!!
