It’s not always that simple. Sometimes he doesn’t want you anymore but he still says he does, and he doesn’t leave you. And you take your commitment of till death serious and so you’re stuck in an unloving marriage not knowing what to do .

What worked for me in the past is improving yourself and your life so you become a woman that is out of his league.
I literally feel like it's someone else's loss if they don't want me now. Friends, men , jobs. I know that I have a stellar character & that its going to be impossible to easily find someone with my heart. Literally feel sorry for them

This is theee best mindset shift that one can have. It takes away any longing or neediness by recognising yourself as “quality” and quality doesn’t “need” anything or anyone. They are the ones that are needed/missed x
There are no benefits in friends with benefits. It often gets messy, one person gets attached
If it’s exes then you are both screwed. It can be beneficial but the communication needs to be extraordinary

OMG listen up story time: I was married to a guy who actively chose other things over me and it felt like he didn't want me anymore repeatedly. We got divorced and years later same thing! "Let's get back together and I will pay more attention to you." We did and he again started acting like he doesn't want me anymore. Later I realized why ! Some men are with women for reasons other than love, sex. It could be simple because he doesn't want to be single. If you feel he doesn't want you anymore, this is the perfect opportunity for you to run off. Because he may keep sucking you back into a relationship where you feel unwanted repeatedly because he is with you for reasons other than love.

Yes I totally agree.. my husband started to get distant and was saying things like he married too young and very questionable stuff. But having sex with me. So i decided to separate and divorce. Life is too short. Why being married to someone who doesn’t even love you?

Congratulate him on his revelation and support his departure by protecting your peace. All is and will be well for all.
If he doesn’t want you anymore, you stalk him like crazy, “casually” show up wherever he is, fake a nervous breakdown and go to the hospital until he finally decides he doesn’t want to live with the guilt of making you suffer and you manipulate him into being with you unwillingly.
Seriously though, I have seen women do this before and it worked. Crazy right? Desperation is insane.
If he doesn’t want you, you graciously walk away and live your life. Move on and forget about him. Keep your dignity, no matter what.

Same here. It was a serious relationship & I thought we'd marry. I fought to get him back but the reality was he suffered severe anxiety & OCD. Eventually I learned not to take it personally. He's a great guy struggling with mental illness (demons).

Tell him, let it all out on him, be snarky, be angry, cry/ rage (u know what I mean be less Ariana Grande and more Olivia Rodrigo w him).
Just kick him verbally in a non-abusive way.
Examples:
„I missed u“ „uh huh. Why’d you leave?“
„I’m sorry I said x“ „why’d u say it then?“
„Reason x is why I left“ „I’m only 50% of this relationship I am not working on it alone“ etc etc.
Treat him like a dog in training, but angry. Let it all go.

I was “discarded” recently by someone who I believe is a narcissist or at the very least toxic as hell. Wow impressed you haven't reached out. Or reacted in your anxious attachment. I would try to self sooth and then see your options and how you would feel after acting on them whether it's not doing anything or reaching out.

And if dont, you can See that he is Not that interested in you. So you dont Need him. There Are better for you!!❤️and live your life!! Dont Wait on him
I say if it bothers you and seems to be part of a pattern, point it out at your next opportunity. But first ask if something happened/somethings going on that didn't allow him to respond. Bc if you ignore it, and you're not okay with his behavior, you may give him the wrong impression. He might convince himself you're OK with it. And then your own resentment could build up...
You may send him just ONE casual text message like "Hi, did not hear from you for the last 4-5 days. Hope you are fine". And just leave it there. See what he will reply. If nothing...well it's the answer. If he goes back with some rubbish like "I am fine tnx" - well it's also the answer. So just move one.
