Having a Teppanyaki meal in Thailand most famous Island Gin Teppanyaki Address: 2F kalima resort 338/1 Phrabaramee Rd, Pa Tong, Amphoe Kathu, Phuket 83150, Thailand
That's something cheap or broke people would say. People who have the money to enjoy the experience have no problem paying for it, even if for decoration.
@@borutokun4910 Its an extremely lame way to impress your customers. There are so many other ways. This is pure laziness and lame. I know that Magic Oven a gourmet pizza place that I worked it had a euphoria pizza with gold leaf on it for over 100$ (you can search for articles on this)....google them to see if they are still in business. But hey what do I know...
$52.50 per head was such a deal. $125.00 is what would had cost just for one person in any fancy american restaurant with a chef show and edible gold. The meal looked fantastic and delicious 😋 Thank you for sharing and as usual for Mrs. Bacon's stamp of approval. 😊 Happy Lunar Year 🧧
Chef Pulp is adorable. The most fun and entertaining chef I believe I’ve seen on your videos thus far🤩. And he is even speaking English, as well😊. Here in the US, the chefs would show off their talents and entertain guests at the higher end restaurants. Memories…❤
I watch you from New Zealand. I look forward to your videos every week. Mrs 'Bacon' you are adorable. Keep dancing through the world of food. Keep smiling 😊 ❤
105.00 for such elegance really isn't bad as here in America, you could pay that for a dinner out at a run of the mill chain restaurant Your channel makes me want to visit your corner of the world 🌎 ❤
$85 seems allot for a country where the average cost of a restaurant meal is around 500Baht ($14.00 USD). And Gold Leaf is not an ingredient, it's a decoration, kind of like parsley in American restaurants (except parsley actually has a flavor, if you actually decide to eat it)
This chef was a ball of fun. I loved the tricks he had. He definitely has joy in his work. His English was very good too. Compliments to that chef he did a fantastic job.
Mr Bacons. Your videos are a delight! If ever you have a low day please remember you help people like myself , who are less able, to live out experiences through your content. Thankyou for the videos.
Chef Pulp sure knew his stuff! He was a ton of fun to watch in action, and when he was spinning the egg on the grill top was probably my favorite trick he pulled off. All that seafood for $105 USD for a 2-person set was a rather good deal, I think!
I'm obsessed with the round condiment squeeze bottles. I saw the Japanese grillers squeezing the bottles at the Japanese restaurants in America while watching the videos.
Love your videos! Always love getting notifications for new ones. The ones where you go to restaurants and hotels are my favorites. The hotel ones make me feel like I'm on vacation
I had Teppanyaki about a month ago, here in Central Kansas... was delicious and surprisingly affordable. (I had Steak and Scallops)... this video reminds of my dining experience. With no gold flakes. LOL. Thank you. (LOL, the jokes were somewhat the same, but he had some new ones). Again, love ALL of your videos and look forward to them always.
His skills were beautiful, how fun was this to experience first hand? I’m watching the video and I’m having fun with a smile,so I’m sure you both left with a fabulous smile ❤

Phuket is a popular tourist destination in Thailand, known for its stunning beaches. I recommend friends to visit Thailand and experience the beauty of the sea here... ❤ from Thai workaholic 🇹🇭🤩
We highly appreciate your time for sharing this great thought with us. It is absolutely wonderful to know that you had enjoyed our food and service during your meal. We look forward to welcoming you soon. 🔥
OMG this looks so good Bacon's❤ I love how they put the little pile of salt next to the garlic chips for garnish, very classy with the gold leaf as well well
I remember my first time at a restaurant that does this type of show! The onion volcano and the pepper "fireworks" were my favorite part. (I'm from the states, so it's not quite the same.)
I'd love to have a Teppanyaki experience...unfortunately those kinds of things are very touristy here and cost a boatload. That one seems very reasonably priced for 2 people.
I watch you from Melbourne, Australia and love your videos (specially love checking out the vending machines and 7/11’s). And purely by accident I discovered a colleague at work also watches you so now we always chat about the latest ‘Dancing Bacons’ at work.
Hello, from Minnesota, USA! I love your videos, thank you for the content! I do have a question, does 'set' mean the same thing as combo when it comes to a meal, as in a meal that has a couple different complimentary sides?
I wish I had one of this cooking tables, so I can put on a show for them at dinner every night whether they want to watch or not. And embarrass them when they have friends over 😂
I don't know if it just may be a difference in tastes between Asia and the USA, but I found it extremely odd that the lobster was described as "crunchy". Did they mix tiny bits of the shell up inside it?!?!?!
God that looks delicious! The food looks more healthier there then here in the states where I live to be honest. I would love to visit all of these places that you guys go to when I get the chance! (Once I get the money that is)
Is Asian food done by another Asian country more authentic compared to a western country making Asian food? In this case a Japanese restaurant in Thailand?
Depends on the Chef. Some of the best Japanese cuisine is to be had in Sydney at Tetsuya Restaurant. The Chef is Japanese Australian Tetsuya Wakuda and is world renowned.
Gold leaf is the biggest scam in restaurant history
they can just shit on you as a tip
But still fancy you know this is how some restaurants do to impress other customers you don’t know about business strategy for them

yup... maybe in Amerikah brother
Gold is always edible. And the cost for the used leafs was probably around 50 Cents.
@@1337Jokerman not all gold is edible. That is why I wrote "edible gold." 🙄
All gold is edible - as long as it fits down your esophagus. 😉 It is without any taste and will come back out completely unharmed. @@gildaolsen2888
Hey !!! Leave in Thailand also but different part of country. $125 nothing but how’s to enjoy it. If they plus good wine like 2005 o plus one 🙈

@@trevr7376 what?
the edible gold leaf on everything feels a bit over the top but otherwise looks great
Just looks silly to be honest, let the food speak for itself, rather than tat on it
Why TF would I want to eat gold?

Always love a nice Teppanyaki show and meal!
I love Mrs. Bacon’s hair in this video, very flattering. The food looks absolutely delicious. Fun presentation as well.

Thailand is great and really good value. I'm from Australia and you get to live like a King or Queen when you go.
I'd go to this restaurant just to watch the chef. He puts on a good ahow 😊
This took me away, gratefully, from a bad day. Thank you.
There is just something about teppanyaki fried rice that’s just borderline addictive
Wow this was so entertaining & the food looked amazing. Thank you DancingBacons💃🏼🕺🥓
I don’t have a strong tummy to eat at roadside stalls. But it’s really interesting to see you guys enjoying food wherever you go. Happy New Year.
This cooking is absolutely entertaining at all. No stomach filling.

looks very good!
I loved everything except the gold leave. it looks good, but I would rather have gold on my finger or around my neck than in my belly
Less gold leaf. more flowers please.
