Your Video is inspiring and motivational, but some of the steps are not practical, if I'm an entrepreneur, I need to be wise and careful, in what and whom to trust if nit to trust, I can't keep engaging a manager or supervisor to overlook my business and something goes wrong, I'm responsible and I face loss, not the staff engaged, he can be questioned or sacked, but my loss how do I need to recover, difficult to trust anyonevrgese days, or else I need to be a Goonda and Rowdy with henchmen, like how the people you mentioned for example. So to threaten and make one's staff work with fear than with dedication. But I am not of that kind, I care about my staff, but I can't trust completely.
