This post is about Michael and Noah, how they're nervous about what their relationship means because homosexuality isn't widely accepted back in their time, the 80s.
The two can only be close with each other around Elizabeth and C.C because they're the only ones the couple knows who hasn't been told same gender couples are "bad", except it isn't very often that Michael and Noah are able to be alone with Mike's siblings, much less entirely alone with each other.
