    is there a more accurate way to measure the cable length so that when the screws are screwed in to tension, none (or very little) of the threads are left visible?

      Our video has detailed instructions on how many lengths of railing need to be cut for the corresponding cable railing, or you can check out our Amazon store, where each cable railing's picture description is indicated.

    Hello My cable wire slipped out of the connector. Once a metal connector has been crimped down can the connector be widened uncrimped via a crimper tool so can insert wire? Or do i need to buy new connectors

    • @MuzataCableRailingLEDChannel
      @MuzataCableRailingLEDChannel  Před rokem

      Hi, the metal tensioner cannot be reused after being crimped. But you could choose our swageless cable tensioners like CB16, CB05, and CR59. You can check our website for more swageless tensioners - www.muzatarailing.com/collections/swageless.

    Can you use this system and get the tension tight enough with a 12 foot length of cable?

    • @MuzataCableRailingLEDChannel
      @MuzataCableRailingLEDChannel  Před 2 lety

      Hi Lisa, the answer is yes. For this system, we recommend the maximum span between two end posts is 15Ft. So you can tension the 12Ft length of the cable tight enough.

      Hi, thanks for your comment. We have an invisible terminal CR73, which can be hidden inside the wood post without threads showing. Here is the link to CR73:www.muzatarailing.com/products/cr73-2; And you can contact us by email; our email address is support@muzata.com.

    Hi do you have a formula to figure out how much shorter to cut cable to plan on minimal threads showing on bolts?

    • @MuzataCableRailingLEDChannel
      @MuzataCableRailingLEDChannel  Před 2 lety

      Currently, we don't have the formula to help you calculate the length of the cable you should cut. We will feedback this to our technical team, thanks for your suggestion.

      A guy on another video said to measure the length of the run post to post, then subtract 1.5" from your cable length and that should work out perfectly.

      hi there.I think you need a hydraulic crimper for stainless steel swaging. Please search CT01 on our website to find it.www.muzatarailing.com

      @@MuzataCableRailingLEDChannelI'm referring to the spacing for cable in regards to the 4" sphere test, not the post spacing. For example could i space the cables at 3.5" or what is the max?

    • @MuzataCableRailingLEDChannel
      @MuzataCableRailingLEDChannel  Před rokem

      @@ricardohernandez5399 Sorry for misunderstanding your question. According to the IRC, the max cable spacing is 3.5". And we recommend 3" cable spacing for most projects in case of strict local code in some states.
