Got into Anime around 6-7 months ago. The more and more I get into stuff like this, it pisses me off. Animators work so God damn hard and long ass hours for our entertainment, and it seems like they get nothing for it, and they just accept it.
Wait till you find out how toxic japans work culture is. They work extremely long hours and its normal.

Japanese economy is like that bro.. i am sad to say that what people called Work culture in Japan is build because you get less salary than the amount of work you put in.
That's why some have even 1-2 Job just to barely live their life with that salary.
That's why people don't want to date or marry + have kids because obviously the expense will be Triple or 4×times.
We're already on ep 10 and the story just enter the Yeagarists battle. The show will really likely end on chapter 130.

@@xelate2249 AOE is not gonna happen. Probably a better adaptation of 139,I was laughing reading that chapter but if they can fix it it definetly has ideas and themes in it that are good.

Before somebody spread rummors , you should know mappa has 250+ employees and wit has about 30 . If wit could make 3 season part 2 in 1 year then why mappa can't ginish it sooner .

@@Thundeclap i think this is for chainsaw man animators and the others paid a little Lower well it,s still low but considering that almost 90% persent of profits of an anime goes to production committee. Not The studio itself. The pays are fair actually (it,s almost higher than Most or all of the Japanese anime studios)

The sad thing is that it's true. Chainsaw man the next big hype anime will have full cgi for all fights. The trailer looks terrible on the fight scenes. Felt like I was watching a ps2 video game trailer lol
