📖 Our Story:
We bought this stone house in Italy during the pandemic in 2020. The house was a ruin and we saved everything we could, unfortunately that meant only four stone and clay walls! The back wall, against the terrain, was close to collapse; the roof beams were eaten and basically reduced to dust; the inside separation walls were easily taken down and the whole project turned into a heavy renovation/rebuild.
Follow our journey as we turn this old stone house into a beautiful home 😊.

Happy 100th video! That crisp white paint made the room brighter. The primer made it lighter and then that pure white paint made all the difference. Yes, it goes well with the floors, the stone and the wood on the ceilings. As always, excellent work!

Who could believe upon seeing that old wreck on hillside that it could become the most beautiful place imaginable.It seemed to have nothing in its favour apart from a glorious view.I wonder how many young people ,upon seeing your efforts yield such beauty have decided to resurrect similar lost historic cottages . il muro e' uno spettacolo, con quelle porte che spariscono del bianco! le mensole aperte della cucina sono stupende, io pero' purtroppo non posso averle, non riuscirei mai a avere una cucina ordinata, avrei bisogno di poter nascondere molto di piu' gli oggetti di ogni giorno.
