You are then transported to a different world, yes, being a pokemon Master was just the intro, and the legendary you just captured is now your new starter. 4. "Legendaries never evolve" go out the window. Earth just didn't have all the conditions for the legendaries to evolve. So now you and your legendary must battle other powerful alien pokemon.
So essentially: You want to to kill VGC by introducing severely overpowered pokemon (it's a fun idea, but also so many pokemok with INSANE BST's would be pretty hard to balance. Not even VGC wise, they can just ban those, but in general. How much more powerful does a legendary become after evolving? How will you do the stat spreads? Game Freak already sturggles with balancing in the normal game, so that would just destroy it)

I love game ideas like this. You put in all the hard work to beat a game and it just turns around and BAM! You've been gotcha'd and now you're playing something else. On a similar note, I've always had a jurassic park game idea that is kinda similar to yours in regards to a plot turnaround? Starts off as a park builder, you make it the best you can and then suddenly it's a 1st person horror game where the dinosaurs are escaping and the difficulty is based off of how well you made your park.
I had a similar idea when Deoxys was introduced. I imagined trainers going into space and "finding" an entirely different world with no recognizable Pokemon except the ones we knew came from space like Clefairy and lunatone. Eventually ultra space and ultra beasts became a thing but ultimately Gamefreak always disappoints 😔
Torkoal's nose hair can be fixed if you just make it a stache. Still gives off the steam that mimics torkoal's steam while also being a wise dragon mustache

I almost always accidentally say tortuga. Especially because my dialect they sound almost identical unless I REALLY make it clear on purpose. I also say carra-Kahsta personally.
I'm pretty sure that all of the Terapagoses 2 million years ago innately possessed Terastal abilities, so this maybe wouldn’t happen I still love all of these designs tho
Your blastoise idea is so cool that it gave me an idea of a later generation gimmick. Ofc legendaries have no egg group, so what if the professor of a region tries to breed the Pokémon with Legendaries via gene splicing! For example, a water/normal Terrapogostoise, fire/dragon Charizard-Rayquaza, and a ground/grass Venusaur/Zygarde. Fusions are popular and it makes for endless story possibilities. Lots of options. A meowth/mew evolves into a Persian/mewtwo? That would be a really cool video if you make more of these!
what if the earthquake that nearly caused terapagos to go extinct was caused by something like groudon or ting lu? I have a similar theory revolving around the fire at burned tower being started by something like zapdos.

My theory for the fire at the burned tower is that a storm created by Lugia caused it, that being why it hid itself away deep underwater
