To me this song was actually a very simple song regarding the melody and verses. But It flows so well and is done so well that it’s one of the most beautiful sounding metal songs I’ve heard in a long time. I was not expecting that chorus at all.

Since their drummer joined FFAK, I've been wanting to listen to this band more. I saw them live once, opening for Texas in July in Hamilton, and I wasn't impressed. My tastes have definitely improved since then; this sounds beautiful and heavy at times.
Trey still writes the music for the band he’s just not touring with them anymore. I know what you mean tho sometimes live they can be a little sketchy but usually they’re quite solid. All great songwriters tho !
