Haha, thanks. We definitely had other destinations in mind but it would have been an hour long, so we went with our top 12. We were aiming for a top 10, but we just couldn't make up our minds what to cut out. We do love all these places.

Did you know japanese do not pronounce R sound but L? Ryokan is said as Lee-yo-kan り-ょ-かん instead.
