- Discover Borgo Parrini - a beautiful, colourful little town in Partinico - just outside of Palermo, Sicily.
In this Vlog I take you around Borgo Parrini which is known for its bright, beautifully painted buildings. Inspired by the works of Gaudi, this town is considered to be a little Barcelona in the heart of Sicily and in this Vlog, you'll see why!

ABOUT ME:
In 2018, I decided I wanted to change my life and relocate to Italy. I didn't know anyone there, I didn't speak the language and I had only visited the country twice before. Just eight months after I had made this decision, I packed up my suitcases and moved solo from London to Italy, embarking on my very first Expat experience. On paper it sounds completely bonkers but in reality it was the making of me.
On this channel I serve up a slice of real Italian life, through weekly vlogs and videos. I also share tips on how to navigate life as an Expat in Italy, coping strategies, lessons learnt and my unique insight into life as a Brit in Italy.

Yet another little hidden gem.
Yes it’s so beautiful
Thank you for this video of Borgo Parrini. Such a beautiful little town. I really enjoy watching your videos. 😊🌞
Thank you ❤️
Oh wow what a find. Such a pretty well kept town. Beautiful painted walls and i love the stone houses. The views are awesome. You must be having a wonderful time better than London lol take care looking forward to more
Thank you. Yes it was absolutely stunning!
Ottimo... non conoscevo Borgo Parrini.
E bellissimo
Simply beautiful! ❤
Thank you! It’s a fabulous part of Sicily!
Thank you for introducing us to this beautiful borgo. I visited Palermo in 2017 and really loved it, but had never heard of this place. I love its mix of history and art to create beautiful streetscapes and interiors. We will have to look it up so that we can plan a visit if we ever get back to Sicily. I enjoy your vlog, particularly when you focus on something beyond the regular tourist attractions.
Thank you! It’s a really beautiful place and one that not many people know about - so yes I highly recommend a visit!
Wow! Just wow! Thank you for taking us with you to this gem of a town! The diversity and creativity is a side of Italy that we don't often see in small historical towns... Obviously the souls of artists live here, not only in the past, but in the now, and hopefully in the future. I love the writing on the wall at 7:14...Something grows only if it is dreamed. So true! Look forward to more great videos!
Thank you - yes it’s an incredible place
What a beautiful town. I've never seen anyone do a video about this town and that's a shame. Can't wait to get over there to visit! Thanks for sharing!!
You should! thank you
Bellissimo video.
I love this little town. Is it difficult to get to you without public transport. I will be in Sicily in July in Castellamare del Golfo and would love to visit this village.
It’s such a pretty place - you should definitely try to go! We drove there but a taxi can take you and have a look online because I think maybe in the peak season there may also be a bus that runs there - but double check the website for the location
@@MsBritaly Thank you will definitely look it up
