- This rider was stopped for a minor violation, but then his motorcycle was impounded because it was discovered that he’s using a fake license.
He said he bought the license through Facebook for P4000.
The only way to get a genuine drivers license is by going through the correct process in an LTO office and collecting it yourself from the releasing window.
1) There’s no record for this driver in the LTO system
2) The printing style of the photo is wrong
3) The thickness of the card is incorrect
4) The print quality is very poor
5) The expiry date has been scratched by hand instead of laser engraved
6) There’s a UV Eagle but it’s faint and incorrectly aligned
7) An LED shines through the license as yellow instead of purple
8) It can be delaminated on the corner. This cannot happen with a real polycarbonate license

dati nung year 20011 or 2012 sa fixer ako dumaan. nagbayd ng mahal..umabot ako ng gabi sa kakantay ng lisensya ko. nabyad ng mahigit 1k..Pero nung year 2018.. pumunta kami ng asawa ko para mgrenew. ang una kong ganwa bago ngpunta, ngreview sa online ng mga halos isang buwan. nagdownload ng application pra sa exam. sa awa ng Dios nakapasa ako sa exam at driving lesson.dali ng exam pag naghanda. sa driving lang..at higt sa lahat....2 hours lang..tpos ko na lahat..kaya wag maggfixer.. pumunta lng ng maaga at maghanda

They should report this to nbi and have an entrapment setup

Mahirap talaga kumuha ng lisensya talagang tiyagaan ... hahaha awit nga dami ko pinagdaanan pero gustong gusto ko ng maging legal ... nag driving school pako student ulit TDC tapos nag antay ako ng promo ng mga drving school for PDC ayon 900 lang summer promo exam .. nakapasa naman pati sa driving test .. tapos nag punta ako after 2 days sa LTO EAST AVE . Napaka bilis lang 9am ako dumating ng LTO east ave bago mag 12pm nakauwi nako exam ulit at driving test nakapasa ulit 1 take lang... ayun sarap sa pakiramdam dala ko na lisensya naka I.D pa

Nagrenew ako license with added restriction dahil ang tagal nang expired dn at nung september 2021 ko lng naisipan e renew dahil gsto ko n kumuha ng sasakyan. I spent more or less 12k sa lahat2x dahil nagtake up pako ng driving course s driving school to pass and get the required certificate pra sa added restriction. Madali lng ung license bsta kumpleto na requirements mo.
finally, law enforcement cknowledging that it is in fact a violation to sell a motor vehicle to an unliscensed individual. please do something about it. there are way too many idiots driving like the whole metro is a friggin carnival ride with little to no regard for fundamental traffic rules.

Hindi problema ang pagkuha ng motor o sasakyan na wala kang lisensya. hindi bawal at di naman kargo ng dealer kung di lisensyado ang magmamay ari. Kung maglalabas ka man ng sasakyan o motor maiging magsama ka ng may lisensya na magmamaneho sa unit mo. At responsibilidad ng me ari na kumuha ng lisenya kung sya ang magmamaneho.

Sana mag entrapment naman ang NBI sa mga nag aalok ng lisensya online. Ang dami kasi akong mga nakikita nag-aalok.
