Great advice. I am taking my wife for her third ride (since getting back on after a 16 year abscence). Just making sure that the destinations have good food should be a big plus.

I saw a few dedicated pie shops in my recent travels. The one I stopped at and had a steak pepper pie was at Bredbo NSW between Cooma and Canberra.
The pie was nice. Heaps of filling. Pastry was also nice.
Worth remembering if you are in that area.

Another great vid by you both. You're right re the long distance riding. Most trips can be broken up into short legs, maybe an hour in the saddle, where you can get off the bike and take in the scenery or eat or hydrate. Even 5 minutes off the seat and your ass will thank you. Can't go past a great pepper pie!
100%, if we’re riding 2 up I’ll always stop every hour or so, just makes it a better experience for everyone

I've been there before .. I was too impatient and it was still in covid times so was only aloud 4 or 5 customers at once .. unfortunately the line was too long and I was too impatient so I left and went and got some dirty bird instead 😅
