Mystery Pottery Mould No.56 : What is inside?

  • This is the series where I reveal what is inside these pottery moulds I found on Gumtree.
To check out the Mouldy Bisquits DIY Pottery Painting kits head to
    www.mouldybisquits.com.au
The story goes, I found a listing on gumtree for pottery stuff. When I arrived the seller said 'I have all these pottery moulds would you like them as well?' and I said 'why not'. On the way home, I had the brain child to do a social media video series revealing what each mould is.
The mystery is in the fact that I had no idea what I had said yes to, some of the moulds are labelled and easy to tell but some of them are a little more difficult. The beauty is that all of the plaster moulds surprise you no matter the presentation of labels, titles or identifiable surface inside.
So come join me as I dive into this series and share the mould fun. I would love to hear any information you may have on the moulds and to let me know any stories you have that the moulds remind you of in the comments.
Don't forget to like, comment and subscribe!
    Heaps of love,
    Shelby

I couldn't find a photo for the mugs that go with these handles but I found a, "Flower pot mug," description next to dm1737 on a spreadsheet and that sounds really cute! There is also a chili pepper handle to go with them 🌶

They need to also adorn a soup bowl. Either two of the same handles, or one of each. I'd certainly love something like that for those wintery evenings, when, like you, I have some tomato soup and either garlic bread or a cheese toasting. And then, to complete the set, a saucer with those screen printed veggies. Ta da!

Thank you so very much! I truly appreciate it. It might seem like such a small thing to subscribe or to watch a video but it helps my craft so much! All the money I earn from the ads goes back into it, weather that’s for better equipment or buying silk screens and different mediums to try out on different reveals. Thank you!! I just hope you really enjoy them for time to come 💓✨

I love these!!!! And when you mentioned the soup mug with the tomato soup recipe that took me back to my grandparents dining table, my grandmother had the tomato soup mug with the recipe, and one for oxtail soup, and a Campbell’s soup mug (that was the one I usually got because I was a little kid), and a couple of years ago I found a mushroom soup one (with the recipe) while thrifting and I had to get it.
    Thanks for the nostalgia trip

Love the old look of the not perfect stencil. Looks aged that way. A free Cricut - well deserved. On a different thought . . . i can jet print out things and transfer them to just about everything. Can ink prints be transferred to the unglazed/baked pottery with good results? For transfer ideas I live on Creative Fabrica and The Graphics Fairy.
