    I started planning my week’s meals a few years ago and a great side benefit was the money I saved on my groceries as I only purchased the items I would need to fulfill my meal plan. It totally eliminated my impulse buying.

    Fantastic this is exactly what il have decided to do but i still have out of 5 teens ( 17-11 yrs old ) my 2 last ones coming for lunch and the other three need lunch for school ( they can use à microwave). Would love to have ideas for lunch and dinner 😍thank you

    Instead of writing Monday, Tuesday etc I write the numbers 1 to 7 , that way you can choose from the 7 options what you most feel like on a particular day.

    Thank you so much. This seems so simple. I like to include a protein source with each meal as often as I can to keep my blood count up. I may follow your plan but tweak it here & there like adding vegan sausage or peas to the soup, etc.

      FYI: A doc recently told me that dietary protien is different from the protien on annual blood work. Those are protien created by the liver (not eaten).
