The role of the foundations was described by Krishnamurti when he said, 'The foundations will see to it that these teachings are kept whole, are not distorted, are not made corrupt. They will not give rise to any sectarian spirit in their activities... nor create any kind of place of worship around the teachings or the person.'
We maintain extensive archives of Krishnamurti's original works and all four Krishnamurti foundations are actively engaged in the publication of material in various forms.

In fact there'snt any strategy, all the strategies are the product of thoughts, the self playing the trick, disguised as the seeker! One has to see the subtle activities of the self which is ever desirous of achieving some state or acquiring some unique quality. So, basically there'snt any thing sought-after. All the urge are latent in the ego. Once the mind sees this the illusion vanishes.

Don’t get caught up in your personal interpretations of K’s terms; he defines and explains clearly his usage. Our 21st century ears interpret ‘order’ and ‘absolute’ as old-school and dogmatic; if you feel this way, just substitute ‘harmony’ or ‘peace’ whenever you hear ‘order’ in this brilliant insightful discussion…

With order he means purifying the ego. This means making consious what is unconsciously installed in you. All error what you cling to must be dropped one for one untill you are left with yourself. Then the mind is still, then you are no more, only god/awareness is. Then awareness will recognise awareness.
The best way of purifying your ego is by healing your own traumas.
With his last sentence he means: how can god seek for god. You are god already but you think you are a tiny ''me''. That is the illusion what must be dropped. This dropping feels like dying.

Disorder arises when harmony is disturbed through conflict, contradiction, restriction, resistance, opposition ... battle against ideas, and so on, out of psychological division in establishing the ideas of i-my-me-mine and you-your or him-his-her-hers, etc. into fear of losing.
healing to disorder is then ... being able to understand oneself, as where ego has come about in my life, and stand alone in spite of it, and let others do the same ... maybe?....
I am split into two within, the ego and the original. Can I learn to know why and be able to share the same tool (the material/ biological me...), in mathematical harmony?....

I continue to be equally mesmerized and confused by K. He asks questions of me, or urges me to ask these questions for myself, but I don't seem to know what to do with them. Or I think I do temporarily, I glimpse how this all operates within me, but I always end up back where I started - lost, suffering, divided.
Is it simply a matter of observing this duality operating in all its forms within my psyche? Simply watching, without creating a new strategy or goal out of that watching? How to not turn that into a strategy?
I remain always trapped, the division deepening, and my suffering is only amplifying.
If anyone can clarify some of this for me, I'd be very grateful.

I meet K. in book before ten years and
I am in the same state as you are till now.
      Thinking is division.
Meaning comes where there is no time...
Try to remeber last time you were absorbed
compitely as a child. Do you expirience it now?
I find it there, but is unspeakable, unexplainable.

    • @pradeepprad
      @pradeepprad Před 2 lety +6

I think the inherent difficulty lies in us wanting to get somewhere, become something. Hence, we think of strategies, action plans. All these, I guess, are efforts of our selfish unconscious. So, there's always unconscious motives operating to this effect.
But the important point is, not to lose heart and face these inconvenient facts about ourselves. Not try to escape from them. And in perhaps their understanding, new doors might begin to open.
I feel this work is quite challenging, demanding 'immense patience'(in K's own words) and dedication as the tendency to lose track is quite common.
All the very best to us!!

Sorry, don't have much to say on how helping you, just from my personal experience but for doing analogies in what said, when i glimpse a peaceful state that operates inside me i don't feel dualities, i feel there is nothing else to seek, nothing to be achieved or reached coz i got everything in that non judgment state even if it just last for a few seconds and afterwards I feel the same tribulations, they are among the best in my life.
Stop watching, stop clinging, stop creating or marking a goal are among my most powerful tools and having the moto; the practice is the path, the practice is the aim, helps me a lot, and understanding or comprehension we stroll and hop between better and more complicated days or seasons in our lives which change a lot our daily perceptions and capacities.
Good luck in establishing your order.

Julian, the feelings of being lost, suffering and divided are expressed in the form of thoughts. They arise from the memory if one is not cautious about their negative nature. Shri Krishnamurti calls it inattention, and attention of this inattention the real attention. So, He says that if we can observe the arising of thoughts without being carried away by the content of them, and be completely aware of the danger of following them, the thoughts wither away. It is very important to remember that we should not have an sense of duality with the habit of thinking. We should acknowledge that this habit as part of us and cannot be opposed. Then there is no conflict with the habit of thinking. If it is known to be part of us, the possibility of observing habit without the sense of duality arises. Then we can also realise that there is nothing that one can do about it nor any need to do anything other than observing the habit without any choice, but being completely aware of the danger of being carried away by the habit of chattering within. This state is called "choiceless awareness". There is no effort involved in it.The choiceless awareness is the real intelligence. In that state, we can experience the quietude which Shri Krishnamurti calls as "Sanctity".

K's teachings is very practical, just logical comprehension of his discourses would be the defeat of the very purpose. It demands a great deal of urgency and earnestness, as if the house is on fire and we have to pay immediate attention. If we could seriously and honestly go with what is said then there is an understanding, a perfect clarity.

There may be or may not be someone who actually applied the teachings of K and undergone a radical transformation. This makes no sense here. The question is what about oneself. K is talking to each one of us. As a matter of fact there are no others. In oneself the whole history of humanity is embedded. Either one gathers all the energy to delve deep into oneself or one misses the whole thing. The job isn't for others but for oneself.

So we dont have to seek, we dont have to search, we dont have to analyze or examine. We don t have to impose, to controll, to desire. Ok. So we have just to sit down and watching what happens? There is a method also for this? Why krishna doesn t say that all that he is explaining is nothing but sperimentation in a way that we don t know, for smthing that we don t konw. Just asking.
