Haven’t watched in some time, but this channel will always be special to me. I’ve been a peep since I watched the paintball prank video back in 2011. I remember being in elementary school and coming home to watch their vlogs in the old house, waiting for the chip chocolate video to come out, the Australia vlogs, etc. Time fly’s by and now I’m almost out of college. Thank you for all the memories y’all created for us.

I'm in the process of house hunting as well! It is so much more exhausting than I imagined. House A is gorgeous from top to bottom, but it's 45 minutes from work. House B is only a 4 minute drive, but it looks like grandma's House. House C is great but it doesn't have a basement or an attic, so no storage ... Then when you do finally find a house, you gotta cross your fingers you do not get outbid and then do loads of paperwork, and closing costs. Ugh. Adulting is hard lol. I love the fact that you're searching at the same time as me. Makes me feel like I'm not alone ❤

All hardcore PVPeeps know that Jen loves rooftops . In my opinion the apartment was to small and I know cats love a big space to roam around lol and to get to anything they can 🤣. I had a cat like 15 years ago that started doing the same thing. Was sitting on the back of the coach and all of a sudden she just fell off and started acting all funny. 3 weeks later turned out she had feline leukaemia and was dead pretty much 2 days later😔 But if she stops eating and sleep more (than usual) in weird random places (like a sick or wounded animal would) get hee to a vet asap!! ❤

@@jensmith My cat began having seizures like this and they became more and more frequent. I hope it´s not the same as my Mollie. It´s terrifying and heartbreaking to witness and so frustrating not knowing what it is and how to help them. Praying for you guys.

The same happens sometimes to my 17 year old cat, but only when she is stressed. I started giving her cbd oil and calming supplements every day and she has stopped having these seizures.
well, I don't think this really was a seizure. I think it was something else , but luckily she's better! 🙏

when you own it then certain things can be fixed up but once you get rid of the furniture and make it more yours it might be better but keep that place in mind because a lot of places most likely look like that and be that small
get the price of it as well and i thought it that place looked awesome on camera
i didnt realize it was a shares into the place sort of thing however you get to ask before moving in about that and sometimes they allow you to pay a bit more to get those things done (so keep that place in mind ask the people before moving in how that process works or maybe need to pay a bit more to get the approval)
also when you want those things done show what you want exactly and make a presentation with it my parents worked that out when renovating this place
i think they dont want you to go to the board first because then they already got you paying into it going to the board first with your plans gives you more of a chance at getting it done or walking away from it knowing that what you wanted cant happen
so i say forget what you got told go to the board with a presentation and get an estimation on how many days because that helps as well

Praying for Nyla 🙏🏼 it is most likely vestibular disease like you said. My dog had the same thing and we also though he was having seizures. He would walk in circles and drift to the side when walking like Nyla did. It was very scary but he got better after some meds.

My dog had vestibular happen about 6 mos ago. We though she had a stroke because her nystagmus was so bad. That went away and she got better. We had to use a harness at first but she is walking fine now. We use a ramp for outdoors vs stairs now and she has a slight head tilt to the left now.
Jennifer, im so sorry about nyla, i started crying after seeing her behave like that, my cat did that too. it is so hard to watch, i hope you're okay, and i hope you can get nyla to the vet.

Looks like Nyla has vertigo. My dog is 14yrs old and does something similar. Vet diagnosed her with vertigo & called it a “old dog syndrome. I hope she gets to feeling better. 🧡❤️

@@jensmith Did a major move from WA State last fall to North Pole, AK (I know it’s random), and although it’s been incredible in every way imaginable, omg was it stressful!! Looking back, it was the best thing for this time and looking forward…good things happen for a reason. I hope the stress on the 😽’s isn’t getting to them - they mean everything and I’m happy you have them - the best. I can’t imagine being part of a co-op housing, but each place has its positives and challenges. Happy seeing YOU happy!!! Pace yourself. 💜😊

Omg after seeing how Nylah was acting & after looking up what it was I think my dog might have Vestibular Disease too. She's had seizure like episodes and sometimes would walk wonky/have balancing issues and she's older too, which is one of the criterias, definitely gotta mention it to the vet since they haven't. Hope Nylah gets better✨🙌 my furbaby symptoms come and go and luckily she hasn't had them in a while.

I was going to.. that's really the reason I filmed that, but it got better so I didn't need to. I watched her closely for a couple days to make sure, and she is all better! 🙏😺
