I'm sure there's plenty of people who work a lot harder, but still don't get anywhere near this type of life.. It's more about what work you do and how smart you do it, but also about luck and privilege.. They 're called 1%ers for a reason.. It's cool to follow and watch what you can do with lots of money, but it doesn't really inspire me for my own life.. I've got more realistic goals for that and I do not need to be a 1%er to be happy or feel succesful..

I was happy to hear about both of these exciting events in your lives. The house was great before, but the choices you made on the renovation are absolutely genius, very classy & very open. I mean spot-on perfect. Windows, yes windows!

Regarding your renovation: I highly recommend you to consider smart-home functionalities (at least for lighting, but maybe also alarms, heating etc.), just did that here in my house! So cool!
*You can literally walk from Rickard's house to your house blind folded. That's how close you guys are hahaha. Looks awesome thou!! If only you can buy the middle house in between you and Rickard's and build a connecting bridge to your house that would be so sick*
