I'm 63 and have been vegan for 8 years. Best decision I ever made for my health. I take no medication. I spent 17 years as a caregiver to my elderly parents and my grandmother until their deaths. They all ate the Standard American Diet which debilitated them over time. That is why I changed. I was vegetarian in college but slipped into the Standard American Diet while living back in the family home caring for my loved ones. I'm so glad to see videos like this with so many positive messages about self-care. Thank you for this video. PS Those locs are gorgeous.🧡🧡

Yes you can do it. I stopped eating all animal products now for 5 years due to an ER visit to the hospital and what they told me literally scared me!! Best decision ever and now I don’t even miss eating meat. Be inspired.

I love this video . Healing the mind as well as the body is very important. I was also an abused child mentally and physically. I Thank you so much ! I will share this video . I am enough. Wow ! That’s deep . God is enough for me . I did not learn this until I got married and after 5 years having to end my marriage due to infidelity, dishonesty. But God showed me, my mistakes , and my childhood trauma’s I brought into my adult life . Well after leaving my husband about 6 months later God started my journey on healing , he showed me . 4 years later i am the happiest single women, I am content, and I love me . I am now working on my health, with eating better , exercising , praying , and just enjoying life , traveling around the world.. God bless you real well. Thank you !

Omgoodness! You are an inspiration to me Harold. I relate to you 100%. I had cancer too and went through pretty much the same things you went through except I wasn’t as successful as you. Had 2 daughters I was raising when I found out I had cancer. Did the research myself and wouldn’t take chemotherapy. Lost my mom who I was very close to. Our stories are very similar. I often asked myself, what am I going to do? I juice now, eat healthier but I wish I knew how to do the podcasts and share my story. I love this stuff you’re sharing with the world. I was recently diagnosed with primary hyperparathyroid. Rechecking labs.
My calcium corrected is 10.2 PTH 82
Doc PCP thinks probably hyperplasia.
How do I get my calcium down.
58 and whole food spartan vegan plant based 5 years
I do require BP med even though I don’t add salt or oil. I know it’s the calcium. Cursed lol
So many doctors on CZcams say juicing is a waste and that blending is better. I’m sure blending is good; however, why juice?
