Thank you for info! I live in MN and the new houses and old ones are almost similar price! After watching your video, I think newer home would be best option to invest in!

Not all of them unfortunately 😅 but as someone who has an HOA I agree with this as a pro 😂
@@CatonDelRosario my first house was in an HOA, after that experience I personally couldn't do it again. Plus having kids I like having the larger yard that I now have that you don't typically get in newer houses in HOA communities. I have 1/4 acre now and the kiddos love it
Just finished watching your Day in the Life videos and wanted to ask why you stopped making them?
I loved making them but it was soooo tasking lol but it’s always been in the back of my mind to go back to them, who knows maybe we’ll see a return to them soon!
