    Seller credit 🎉🎉🎉 such a great incentive! They are offering these on new builds in Central Cali. I thought it was too good to be true…this video simplified this concept for me, thank you. The interest rates are still not inspiring, but seller credits allow for upgrades that I might not otherwise be able to afford. such as buying the solar v. leasing them. 👍🏼

    But would this only apply for a house that’s been on the market for a while

      Not necessarily. Often that’s the best time to try for one of these but I’ve seen new to market homes give at least a 1-0 buydown just 24 hours on market to a buyer. It all depends on how strong an offer you write.
