The best part of the end of a stressful two days is seeing your four legged best friend descending the stairs, barking or not, but her excitement and joy wash away the stress and angst of the previous day. The Chipotle helps, too, it looks so yummy.

there is nothing more fun to be greeted by a dog and how excited they are. My dog goes crazy and happy whe she sees me even if I put her in the back yard for a few hours. If I go someplace and come him she is jumping all over me, and even cries sometimes. she is the best. I love Luna also she is a happy dog and just love golden such great dogs.

I have had an AirTag for about 6 months now, and it is a great little device! I keep it attached to my keys and, luckily, I have only had to use it once. It uses the locations of other people’s iPhones to tell you exactly where your item is, and shows you on a map on your phone. I’m not someone who loses stuff a lot but it is an insurance policy for those times that you just forget. I highly recommend it, and I even bought one for my sister!
Also, love Luna!! 🥰 I have a golden who loves to greet me with something in her mouth, they are truly the best dogs.

Assuming you have an iPhone, definitely get some AirTags ($29 each or $100 for 4). Very easy to setup in seconds. They work well and will help you locate missing/lost items. Very accurate and reliable. I accidentally forgot one in my pocket, washed and dried it and still works perfectly.

The AirTags have twice saved my backpack, once I drove two blocks away and it reminded me that the backpack was not with me. Definitely worth it.

My wife lost her pocket book once while working a trip. I am sure she felt the same as you did. Luckily someone found it and her airline had another crew fly it to her base and she picked it up whe she finished her rotation. She was very relieved and it was a good thing she always keeps some cash on her because she needed it.
Oh thank goodness they were able to get it back to her - it’s the worst feeling ever!

You kindly helped a man get his bag back earlier in the day and later when you needed help the police officer and security were able to find yours in tact. Had similar happen to me once when a passenger took my crew bag, never did get it back.Proper pain in the rear end sorting it all out.Fortunately no high value items in it, just my service jacket & a few other items of personal effects that were replaceable.

Julia! I left my iPad sitting on a counter once and although I realized I had left it fairly quickly and was able to quickly recover it, I felt like you did with your backpack. Such a terrible feeling. I'm glad you were able to locate your backpack and nothing was taken.

Hi Julia, another great video….yes definitely recommend getting an Air Tag. You can put it on a key chain or luggage or bad. So like in that circumstance you left your backpack, you’d be able to track and see it on your iPhone and it’s exact location. So definitely get one Julia. 😊🤗😘

I love the apple air tag so much! I have one on my escape artist of a dog and I live in a pretty populated area so the air tag just pings off of other phones plus it makes noise. Definitely worth it all the way

Julia...I hate to tell you this, but, as you get older, misplacing things (and the like) happens more often. When I'm in the horrible 'downs' of the event, I reassure myself by thinking "No dog (or person but dog always comes to mind first) has died and I will get through this problem OK". This works with everything bad that happens like when I screwed up and pulled out in front of a car and caused damage and when I forget stuff. Please remember that you are doing 'double-duty'! You are doing a full time job AND reporting for us viewers. This is a great time to 'Thank you' for your efforts. I so enjoy your reports and get to travel at this time through you when I can't because of Covid restrictions in Canada.

Hey Julia, about those old A320's formerly from HP and US, why didn't the company revamp the walls and bins like what Delta did? A flight reviewer asked that after he flew on a former America West plane and the only things that have changed are the no-headrest seats.
I was DFW based and LGA based . Julia you always have great energy , even in windy hair days . AA sent me as captain DFW to LIT right after a tornado destroyed Little Rock . I asked why I had double fuel leaving DFW - dispatcher said ‘in case you can’t land cause runway was damaged’,-answer - just fly to Hawaii -no weather . You have amazing eyes

My daughter has an air tag as a necklace when her daughter started kindergarden. I got one for my dog...they are wonderful. Never had to use it in an emergency but nice to know we can!

I totally would have freaked out as well. I got sick to my stomach just listening to you telling what happened. I am sure that will never happen again, a situation like that sharpens your senses
I learned the hard way that DFW security is not 24x7. I had arrived late at night for an early morning departure but during the night, a fire alarm went off (it was a false alarm) and the terminal was evacuated. I couldn't get back to the secure side until the morning when the security checkpoint opened. I had hoped to catch a couple of hours of sleep that night but no such luck.
My AirTag in my checked suitcase worked great! I arrived at my destination airport and the luggage carousel broke down for 30 mins. Then luggage started coming out again, but with the crowds of people there, I was concerned someone might take my suitcase by accident. I was able to track it on my phone and it alerted me when the suitcase was near me , so that was quite handy! Anyways, I know this comment is 2 years after your vlog but I want to say I love your channel and hope it continues to grow in 2024!🎉

I saw you mention AirTags and I think that would be great for you. It's better than some other trackers in that it can send it's location to you by using any iPhone in the vicinity to connect to the network. I put one in my suitcase and tracked it through STL a few months ago. I recommend them highly.
Hello, I really like the daily positive note! I am ignorant on airline travel and do have questions that you might have some insight on. I have seen issues with running out of overhead storage room while boarding but then I’ve noticed that the flight crew’s luggage is occupying stow bins space. My question is that if the flight crew is going to the same destination as the airplane…why isn’t their luggage transported in the cargo hold of the aircraft instead of the more passenger desired carry on bins?
