Driving Tour of the (Nasty) Laconia Public Garage - Laconia NH

Parked in Laconia's only freestanding garage. This thing is 3 floors and has exterior double helix ramps. Never seen a garage with this design, its not used much in the US besides airports that need express ramps. The ramps here are extremly narrow and hard to enter at an angle. The ramp the the third floor was blocked off and the stairs too, but I can still walk up the ramps to the roof. Only 1 stairwell is open, the other is locked, and the stairs are very sketchy with people doing drugs in them. Parking is easy since its one way and most spots aren't short span. Pretty cool design, but totally run down and sketchy!

Does the garage have an elevator?

Massachusetts Elevators and MBTA/Amtrak Railfanner No and it only has one stairwell. The third floor also welded their emergency exit doors shut so the place is super out of code!
