TRAPPED in the 125 High Street Garage @ MIDNIGHT - Boston MA

So used Spothero in this garage, and it said to validate your ticket in the parking office before you leave. Well the office was closed, so hit the call button, and 5 mins later, nothing happened. Had to drive in reverse down the garage ramps to repark and go back inside the building. Told security and they told me the office closes at 8 even though Spothero says 24/7. Security had to bring a supervisor to the garage to check the tickets. Security took pics of both tickets then had to manually open the parking gate to let me out, since the machine won't take a prepaid ticket. Took awhile but an interesting experience, especially since it happened at around midnight!
