Ok. On Windows this browser sucks. If it has to compete against, say, Edge then it should have ai integration from the get-go. Also, it's too stuttering. Not smooth at all. The RAM use is terrible. It's all hype.

@@electrology If the copilot is so important to you, then this isn't the right browser for you. For me, Arc is about being clean and not cluttered. The sidebar took me a while to get used to, but I honestly wouldn't go back to horizontal tabs 😄
But yeah, the Mac version also used to eat a ton of RAM and had a lot of bugs at first, hopefully they'll resolve that. I'd say that the Mac version is definitely worth the hype for me, but that doesn't mean that a browser like this works for everyone haha

I think generally Arc is draining a lot of battery - something that users have been complaining about. Then on Reddit whenever you bring something up like that, you'd get roasted on how they say Arc is a company with 50 people, don't compare it with well-established organizations all that bs.

"Yuo cannot judge it it's made by small team of enthusiasts!", I love that fanboy whining. Reminds me vividly of a fanboy justifying a corporation of their own product of choice. If you make something public, anything, you open in not only for braindead praises but also critique. And you either need to get a grip and take it or get lost because it WILL happen and it will happen sooner than later.

Agreed. I use Vivaldi, and I've been trying Arc since late February. Most of what I see in Arc is either available in Vivaldi or cool, but not something I'm interested in.
Spaces are a good example. I don't have separate accounts that I use for different things (e.g., two X accounts or two Facebook accounts) so separating my profiles like that isn't really necessary for me. Workspaces are enough for me to just keep my tabs organized. And combined with tab stacks, I think you can have a lot more going on in Vivaldi (in a more organized way) than you can have with Arc.
The potential of Boots looks cool, though.

One thing I found funny was that Microsoft Edge has a lot of the core features of Arc and more without the extra fluff, such as vertical tabs, picture-in-picture, access to Chrome extensions, tracker blocking, sidebar apps, AI, and a lot more. It's light on memory also, and comparing the vertical tabs experience to Arc browser, it's almost identical. Arc seems unnecessary as most of the extra features can be easily replicated with extensions.

I believe that it is not hard, I think it depends on your usage. I am still getting to know the ARC Browser better. But what I've done so far with it told me that it's not the average Browser for everyone. It's kind of hard to navigate with a Mouse, but it's great if you know the keyboard Shortcuts by heart. However, I finally decided to go all in with it and I am really impressed. Yes, it took a few minutes to learn, but it wasn't bad and once I invested a little time in customizing and learning how to navigate it, I felt like it was so much more productive than other browsers that I've used. My only gripe is that it doesn't have dark mode and ALL the features on mobile; I personally really need mobile parity because I do so much on mobile. But hopefully those things are coming. Arc sucks. Same bugs and annoyances for many months and instead of fixing they decide to go introduce stupid features like github folder

Brave browser isnt really a privacy browser it has its own major privacy leaks
    So, never download brave browser
I would certainly rather download firefox than brave cuz its just better and its not chrome nor chromium and also not safari its just FIREFOX
