@@Keepthefaith116 aesthetics, bodybuilding was always about size, conditioning, and aesthetic look, if u can look like mr olympia deadlifting 1kg, it doesnt matter
its different because of specificity. building muscle requires for you to wear them out with a lot of working volume, so then later it repairs and gets bigger overtime, in an attempt to be more durable in response. it will get bigger and stronger muscles, but nos as strong as a strenght-oriented muscle.
Strenght training, on the other hand, is mainly done trough heavy loads and low volume. this is because the goal is to stress the neurological system, wich becomes more efficient in contracting the avilable muscle, making it more powerfull. this method improves maximum power output, but since its very taxing you wont add much volume, and thus the muscle growth is not going to be as fast as the "bodybuilding" method.
Both get you stronger and more muscular, only at different rates. if you want the strongest you can possibly be, you need to cycle and balance trough both, gaining more muscle and getting the most out of it at the same time.

The faceless got technique,but the bodybuilder is definitely stronger ,look how he moves the weight,doesn't use momementum and the whole strenght of the body,cus the bodybuildig is about separeting the group muscles .I might be wrong ,but that's what goes through my mind.P.S. I have done some weight lifting competitions,and most of it ,is exactly is exactly mastering the technique .
The bodybuilder looked strong - taller, bigger arm, larger abdomen, wider shoulder and chest.

EddyKane6 He is definitely strong, but he is more of a body builder. He focused strength for a while, then moved to endurance for WWE and UFC, then went into acting with Bodybuilding. So all around he is a great athlete, very strong but pretty easily winded when lifting.

Jarrett Green Chances are he is not off roids, especially since he is in acting. Acting doesnt require yoi to get off roids, it encourages you to use them for muscle growth in time for a role. Take a look at Zac Efron in his new movie with the Rock, or hell even the Rock before Fast 5 and after.

Have to remember though, especially with that second exercise, that the faceless dude probably trained that exercise whereas I highly doubt the bodybuilder would have. Makes a big difference if your body is adapted to producing strength in a particular movement like that second exercise as opposed to your muscles not being used to working in that position.

Deadlift is a lower body workout, and yes it engages a lot of muscles. Mainly the hamstrings and the lower back. Still it is a lower body just because that weight is being lifted by the power of your legs and hips mainly.

deadlift 250kg is a pretty good idea, considering Romanos max around 260kg or a little higher

Koen 145 440 is a good deadlift, but it is not a good deadlift for someone who weighs 235 and is as muscular as Bane. The dude just benched 375 for 10 reps, his deadlift is shit in proportion to everything else about him.
