Mr. Dominic. I was lucky enough to find this I did follow you on your 1st venture with your buddy Connor. 2 episodes out of the gate now. Good show promising start love the format. Glad you guys were able to extrapolate yourselves from the ashes so to speak. A lot of those CZcams podcast I would support a little more but I'm in Niagara Falls Canada and being rather severely physically disabled don't have the means to participate in that way. Been a fan of Star Trek since the 80s seeing TOS in syndication and the original series movies. I do think enterprise was on its way to becoming a worthy successor and just needed more time
I met Terry at a con in Toronto in 2015. I was at her media scrum but I was not there to see her.
After her scrum, while she signed merch for her next session, we just struck up a conversation, not speaking about television at all. Schooling for Max and maintaining gardens if I do recall.
It was a delight, as was she. And like Erin Gray, who I met at another convention, gorgeous while aging gracefully.

Her birthday was November 19th and that mean she is 60 years old. She was born in Iowa and she is my sweetest lady in the world.

This is a lovely surprise to appear before us, as Dominic said of Terry, like a "Chimera" before us. I'm so glad to have had the opportunity to hear her Describe her life and career. I have always enjoyed her work, especially as the beloved character Jedzia Dax. She is as lovely as ever and so charming as well. Great name for the new show and good to have Dom and Conner back in the saddle. Thank you new producers Dave and Michelle for brining this experience to the fans.

Love Terry, was lucky to meet her 7 ish years ago at a con in the UK. She was so lovely and I treasure the photos I have of her holding my few month old son who is about to turn 8!
So lovely to hear more about her life and her career. My favourite character on DS9, I was so sad she wasn’t in season 7 but I have to say, what an amazing thing she did to fight for herself (and her character) like that.

Loved Terry's stories about working with Rodney Dangerfield.
I just heard a great Rodney story from an interview with Eddie Murphy. Eddie said when he was starting out he did an open mic night at Dangerfield's, and back then, Eddie's act was laden with f-bombs and racial humor... after his set, he said Rodney came up to him and said "You're funny, kid, you're funny, but that racial stuff and all the f this and f that, that ain't gonna fly. You gotta lose that." Eddie said seven years later he did a show in Vegas, came backstage and was using the men's room, and Rodney came in and silently stepped up to the urinal next to his and a few silent moments just said "Who knew?"

I love how Terry is the second guest on your guy's podcast where I find out they have ADHD (Terry seems to have the hyperactive kind). Love that, ADHD solidarity besties! Loved this episode, so good to listen to as I do my little tasks and helps me focus!

Oh wow I was a latch key kid too. When we were in elementary school we learned how to cook or we would not get dinner until 10:00 pm sometimes. We would at least start dinner or defrost something. Mom always had instructions. So all of us my 2 brothers and I learned to cook and for my brothers it is a passion today. Lots of gourmet cooks in the family but only My Aunt and cousin did a restaurant.

That was a great show yesterday. I love seeing these as they happen. I found the Shuttle pod show well after it aired. These guys are the best. Not only Enterprise vibes but DS9 and Star Trek the original series. Makes you actually like the internet 👍💕
I met Terry 2 days ago in Oklahoma. And I'm very sorry for her and I hope I can see her again. She was a great lady in my life.

In North Carolina my dad bought a house in the mountains and we were the first there so other houses were not built yet and you could hear the peacock's call in the morning. I liked it because you could sit out the front door in just a long t shirt and sip on a drink and see the blue ridge parkway views. I would wear a t shirt that went long like a dress to bed.
The new D-Con episodes are great. But everyone should be in blue underwear ;)

WHAT? @50:36 I used to watch PBS on Saturdays and watch All Creatures Great and Small, Doctor Who , Faulty Towers, Are you being served and Monty Python's flying circus. Did you know that the Python computer language was named after the Monty Python Show? British humor made a huge impact in my life and the lives of other nerds. I loved the British humor.

Try and boost the lighting on set, its a bit dim. You had a wide angle, why didn't you cut to it? A bit suffocating having it only be close ups. A much better episode this week than first, Terry is SUCH an engaging talker.
I know we shouldn't talk about Marc, but he did bring a level of quality to the old show which is lacking here. But the thing is, I think its a level of quality you're more than capable of achieveing. Better lighting. Some more colour in the set. Surely you guys could get a behind the scenes guy to help guide the conversation, introduce people, handle social media etc. I don't think Marc was a superman with regards to all this. I'm only leaving this comment because I really enjoyed watching you guys and I think there's an easy ladder to climb to bring you guys up to a higher standard.

@@LocalHistorian Something to do with the scammer producers they were working with.
It's possible there is some kind of ongoing legal proceedings so they can't discuss it, however I'm going to venture a guess Dom and Connor simply moved on and started fresh and aren't gonna dwell on it too much. The general rumour is it had something to do with Mark, the producer, and the patreon money. (I don't know if Erica was involved, they always seemed to get on well with her) Mark had previously appeared on Hot Bench (A Judge Judy spinoff) court case involving fraud, so it makes that rumour even more likely. However if Connor and Dom were to 'air the dirty laundry' in a tell-all episode, they could open themselves up to being sued over defamation of character and so on, so they're probably just gonna ignore it and move on and if details come out eventually, so be it.
I don't really care at this point. Tbh, I'm just glad that boring trivia quiz is gone (which was just an excuse for Mark to insert himself into the show).Erica didn't add anything either so also won't miss her.

She was Cat in a pilot for Red Dwarf for America. I saw a very bad copy of it. I didn't like how they changed the Characters for the American audience but I did like her as Cat. I loved Red Dwarf!
