When I tossed a console from a 2005 Yukon into my RCLB (reg. cab Long box) 2004 GMC Sierra, I went 2 tone, the gray on top and tank colour on bottom. Also converted to leather seats, without power features, because base model SL with A/C lol

How do you swap the 05 F250 TBC to the 08 F250 in the dash swap?
F350 hell yeah
i know this is an old post but how different would the process be if you started with an 08 cab with the 08 hvacc system etc ? for example , if you were swapping a 6.4 cab onto a 7.3 chassis
Ya ended up being pretty easy lol , just had to give power to the fuse blocks and it all works perfect with the 08 cab on the 7:3 truck
is that foam square part replaceable?

Does the other air opening to the center console is I were to install it? Because I want to install the center console and those send air to the rear seat...
They center big holes? Those go on top of the original HVAC opening

The lines you disconnected from the hvac unit, were those from the heater core or from the ac circuit? If I were to do this I really wouldn't want to mess with the pressure side of the ac system.
It’s the heater hoses only

Depends, hardly anyone does this, and to do it right maybe $5-$7,000
Are you going to change out the heater core and ac evaporator? Hate to see you do all this work again because one of the 2 fails 2 year from now. You are there now, might as well replace it now. Those parts are 20 years old. I would also change out the fan blower.
Nah I don’t wanna lol, dash is easy to pull once you have done it couple times.
MUCH easier than 01 dash
A 2012 fix in 2001 ?
08-16 will for, but 11+ Column is different and it mounts differently and click spring won’t work, some modify 08-10 clock spring to fit 11* volume to make things work

FYI remove that ground from the IAH solenoid. It’s incorrect.
It’s a lot cheaper to fix up your truck than buying a new one fo 75,000
