This part explains single-sided hearing, how Phonak CROS works and how it helps to overcome the challenges resulting from it. Using the artificial head, you will get a realistic impression of single-sided hearing and the sound of CROS.
Please wear headphones when watching the movie. If you have single-sided hearing, make sure that the left headphone is on your better hearing ear.

Such a great video! Do you have any idea whether these are available on the NHS? I looked into the possibility of purchasing a Phonak Cros system a couple of years ago but the prices my audiologist quoted were completely out of my budget. Even a monthly payment option would be good but this was not available.
Can these be used if there is partial bearing in the ear? I have only partial hearing in my left ear and it’s getting more and more difficult to understand people.
Hello, I m from India. My 7 year old son is complete deaf in his left ear and good hearing in right ear. So it is work on complete one ear deaf situation. He is not able to hear even at 130 db.
