I’ve seen a You Tube review of the Infinio’s and it says the molded domes won’t fit the charging case. Come on Phonak, build a better charger.

This all sound great - and I understand this technology is used on the new Audio Sphere which is widely seen on U Tube, and sold in America. Tell me when this model will be available in New Zealand? Your agents get all vague and shifty when asked, and cant give an answer. How long will I have to wait?

When I see your app for children I think you might learn something more about how you will set your app for adults. A fun and friendly app is a wonderful thing. I am departing from Starkey before my trial ends and bad software is one of the main reasons. As the owner of a software company and software developer for 40 years, bad software really annoys me. I'm looking at Phonak and ReSound products. In Starkey, the technology got way ahead of the application. I have to go to many screens to change settings which is very awkward if I'm trying to hear somebody and they think I'm playing with my phone.

Saw my audiologist today. I'll be trialling them for 90 days from next month. Pretty excited but I know that the hype isn't always justified. I 'm keen for these to live up to the hype.

Not sure about this comment. Apple has some pretty good products and they paid a massive amount of money to make a Super Bowl commercial that has only aired once.
Horribly irresponsibly wrong. Good products, even great products die all the time due to lack of marketing or bad marketing. In contrast, comparatively inferior products become popular products simply because they are well marketed and promoted or they have a killer brand. The same is true of talented people. You can not go large if no one knows you exist. It takes an active effort to build awareness. Word of mouth is not enough. Many great companies have gone under primarily because they wrongly thought a good product sells itself. That very rarely almost never happens.

That didn’t help at all. I have the connector and the sound is still distorted. This is my second pair of Phonak devices. My first pair had great sound. Crystal clear. This new set has terrible sound.

How long do the battery last on new phonak new cross hearing aid rechargeable
Will there be a non-rechargeable option? A full day's charge isn't good enough for me. I sometimes work 16 hour days, or sometimes in day work plus evening meetings, and that work is often back to back meetings. So I can't just stop and charge the hearing aids, I need them to work with regular batteries. Hybrid would also work maybe, where you charge the battery, but replace it after a few months.
I was at my audiologist today for a hearing checkup and hearing aid tune up of my Phonak Audeo 90-T (with replaceable batteries), and I asked him about the new Phonak line, and he had hardly heard of them yet, but was going to a training later this month. I pulled up Phonak website on the new aids and I saw text there that read “on the go charging”, which I’m not sure yet how that works, but I’m hopeful that will make these “rechargeable” hearing aids last as long as we need them to last before they need to be recharged. Or, more like aids with replaceable batteries, which I too would prefer.
@@kencooper3289 Interesting, I wonder what it means as well. Charge in your car? Or easy for travel? I may stick with my old disposable battery hearing aids, as much as the new Phonak might be beneficial, it still needs to serve my practical needs.
Hi there, we appreciate you sharing your feedback - we've passed it to our product team. Please note that the expected operating time of the rechargeable battery depends on active features, the use of wireless accessories, hearing loss, battery age and sound environment. In context: one day of hearing also includes "normal" sleeping time, in which the hearing aids are not in use and one day of hearing does not equal 24 hours streaming.
@@phonak Yes, thank you. I hope they will keep in mind that there are some of us that need the longer charge and reliability of disposable batteries, which in my case currently last over a week.
@@phonak sleeping time I still have to use. because if someone knock at the door or the phone ring I will not hear. I am using ITE because of this requirement. Retired people live alone. If BTE it will fall off. I want ITE with UP receiver. Non rechargeable battery is cheap.
How are these for musicians playing live music and concerts? ???

Phonak… do better! Had I known this was an issue I would have NEVER purchased this brand. Resound hearing aids have the ability to turn off the ringer and certain notifications from going directly in your ear via their app. So when it came time to replace my hearing aids, the audiologist suggested this brand. I was very disappointed to find out this was not the case with Phonak (and of course the time was up to return them). Now I’m just counting down to when I can replace them. So if you don’t mind not being able to find your phone when it rings and to look like an idiot talking without a phone in front of people, then this lack of feature may work for you. But some of us like to be discreet with our hearing aids and look normal when talking on the phone.
Would be a cool loading screen for the app, waste of money to play it on the dome.

You are likely 2 or 3 generations behind so it would definitely be something to look into. Maybe you can look into a trial for the new model when they are more widely available?
Consider refitting your P90-R with REM (Real Ear Measurement). This makes difference in hearing.
How about traveling by train 🚆🚂 ?

My grandson sings while he does homework. It took hearing aids to find out. Don't miss out anymore, get some. I really want to try the waterproof ones now. 4 years on my Phonak Paradise and going strong.
Sorry but I'm hearing 12 grand for hearing aid top end models and none of it trickles down to the low end models that regular people can afford, even with insurance.
