Turmeric powder a pinch

Araipuli Kuzhambu
Oil 1 tbsp + 2 tbsp+1 tsp (til Oil)

Methi seeds a few
Fresh grated coconut 1 tbsp
Tamarind large lemon size
mustard seeds 1tsp

Turare dal 1 tsp

Tamarind amma size
water 3 cups

Ghee 1/2 tsp + 1 tsp

Pls don't use plastic chopping board to cut vegetables. Micro fibers of plastic will get into food. It is 100% scientific. U can search about it online. Always use solid wooden board 🙏🏽
