That purple looks like an amethyst gem, it’s beautiful. I appreciate that you’re learning as you are teaching us, mistakes happen and that’s how we figure out what not to do next time! Thanks :)
Its never a mistake that happens..its a learning experience! You cant learn something new or create an amazing new product if you dont try things and learn from each step..that's why its always wise to write down everything while creating anything new, so you can replicate it when you hit the jackpot!
You choose some vibrant colours for your soaps, they're lovely. I have epsom and coarse sea salt in my supplies to make bath salts which I've done. I will make a salt based soap next. Thank you for the link (great idea) and for the tip adding salt to soap.
Hi again. I had two attempts at making these bars, but they all came out mushy and would not set. Obviously I made a mistake, but followed your recipe all the way. I use really good Soap base from STEPHENSONS. Please help? I have been making soap for years, never with Epsom Salt, but I would love to be able to make this one.
I had 3 attempts, different ways of adding the salt...can't get it nicely like on these videos. Did you found out what mistake were you doing, maybe i do it too? Thanks!
Hi there,, another great sharing video .wow u (put out) a lot & I mean videos hehehe. does ur mind ever rest & stop thinking about soap probably not. Mine doesn’t & I don’t even do have as much as u do. Kodos to u chickie! For sharing ur thoughts. May you and yours have a prosperous new year!!!🎉
I have Shea butter and glycerin pour and melt it turn out like a whip creamy soap. Will try to do it again like you doing it. Think I put too much Epsom salt started to lump and maybe the soap wasn't hot enough. I put the hand blender to it to get ride of the lump. I did it yesterday still feel wet 😔
Very lovely soap!! So as a rule, in the end, how much Epsom Salt in total to the mold such as you have there, into the melt and pour? Thanks in advance :)
Hi,I tried to make ur Epsom salt bars but they went all mushy and didn't set.Because in England because it's cold the melt and pour starts to set at around 150f so u have too get it in there wen it's about 155f ish do you think that is why this happens. What have I done wrong, please help I'd love to make some.i tryed for two afternoons and could not get them out of moulds all soft.regards Tracy.
I live in Argentina (we spear spanish) and I can't listen to the part where you talk about your melted soap: was made with cold process? Or is it glycerin soap? Thank you :)
I have a question, I tried making these, I used the clear melt and pour, purple mica powder and scenting and I made the epsom salt/soap mix like sand like you did. My bars never set, the bottom of the mold that would be the top never set and came out mushy and some stayed in the mold, they never did set. I am using the mushy bars on me and I am sad because the part that scrubs is wonderful and my bars smelled amazing where did I go wrong?
@@koalasoap8435 I used Ultra Clear Glycerin Melt and Pour Soap Base by Velona. I found that it never set up. It's like a "cream" texture soap. What are your proportions epsom salt to soap base? But it worked well with the goat's milk soap base.

I love your idea for Epsom salt soap alot better than others ideas I seen. I love the last soap you made looked easier and better
I like the crystal look it gave them! Like gemstone soap!!! The purple is so pretty.. I would call them amethyst bars.
That turned out very pretty. Translucent and opaque at the same time
I would love to try this. Thank you for sharing with us. Beautiful as always.
now thats a soap. i think if you had dried flower petals mixed into the epsom salt mix it would be very therapeutic as well. I think I might try this
The pink one looks like Rose Quartz sooo pretty.

I LITTERALLY JUST MADE A BATCH OF THESE BUT CLEAR BLUE INSTEAD OF PERLECENT!
If u use sugar instead of salt it becomes a soapy sugar scrub it's great just cut into cubes ones it is set and u have your own sugar scrub cubes
Michelle that was my next video...😃 But I have to push it back for the whipped soap one anyway. 🌺
Koala Soap o I look forward to this loving all the videos 💕
Good because I just finished another one ☺
I actually use table salt it works amazing in my shea butter soaps to make it extra moisturizing.
Your work always it'S very interesting.
Love this idea! Thank you for sharing it! ❤️
Would love one of these for my dry skin!
Oatmeal soap with a coconut oil base would be better for dry skin. Epsom may make your skin drier.
Really great made all soap
👍👌👌
Wow lovely saabun
Really neat idea! Tfs

Can we use the epsom salt that has a scent in it already
Very nice 👍

Haha I love to soap. It is like my meditation. Thanks for the kind words. 🌻
Roflmao I just this morning stumbled across her channel or whatever its commonly referred to. And WHOOO you're right... this lady is a MACHINE!
If if doesn't look good after you let it set can you re-melt and pour it?
This helps me a lot...I am a beginner using Melt & pour bases....any advice on adding herbs or oatmeal?
The bars look fantastic. Is there a good Lather?

How much epsom salt do you add in 100 ml soap base? Also is this MP soap base?
Love your videos. Using all that salt, will it lather less? Thank you
Thanks for sharing! How does it feel on the skin when you shower. I would think scratchy because of the salt?
Ok I used it. It is a natural exfoliate, it felt to the same a using a loofah.
What is the use of epsum salt
Did someone count how may spooons in peach one. It came out lively thou.

I learned that only a teaspoon of additives were good for melt and pour, here you have 10, why?

That was a glycerin melt and pour base.
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
How long do these take to set?

You can do a few things here. First the epsom salt salt bar will only last for about three baths. You can use less salt or switch to Himalayan salt.
Thank you so much for all of your help I love your tutorials and your creations, keep up the good work!!
I tried this and my mp and Epsom salt soap didn't set up and was the texture of mush. What did I do wrong?
What type of base are you using?
I had exactly the same problem and I used the clear melt and pour
I had the same problem with regular glycerin melt and pour. Why?
@@koalasoap8435 I got my soap base from Michael's

How do you use these soaps?
In the bath or shower. I would use it like a regular body soap.
Why arent your soaps on etsy?
Hi, they are on KoalaSoap.com 🌺
Can I use the salt from dollar store
I think so, don't use too much salt though.
Each time you dipped the soapy spoon in the espom salt bag I cringed
I think it's EpsoM isn't it?
O my gosh, you are right. Thanks so much. I was able to update everything but the thumbnail.
