Hilarious. If you listen to the song he's been visiting Mexico since 2008. He did a commercial for the cream ages ago and it's a reference to that.
He's been on TV in Mexico and stuff but he's not like a permanent fixture. It's horrible what happened to him and the way the media showed his case, people just assume they know what happened.
