A few of Osvaldo Ardiles's Tottenham goals from 1978 - 1988 1982/83 was loaned out to PSG 1985 was loaned out to St George Saints #tottenham #spurs #ardiles
I'm a supporter of Napoli. Totthenam is my favourite team in Premier League .Thank to Osvaldo Ardiles, one of the best midfielder of history, D10S has worn your glorious shirt
Super 7...I still remember that second goal. Ardilles and Villa brought the Latin American glamour to the first division back in the day. Great memories. Thanks.
A very underated player. I always remember a game againt Watford at The Lane when Steve Perryman was coming to the end of his career and was being given a torid time against a young John Barnes - Ardiles saw what was happening and covered for Perryman and nullified the threat from Barnes - he really was an all round midfielder, who, despite his frame, could mix it with the tough guys around in his era.
I went up to the City Ground on the opening day of the 78-79 season and got to see Ossie and Ricardo Villa on their debut game. Great game and fantastic atmosphere, IIRC Clough wouldn't allow the TV cameras up there, so never got to watch the highlights again as far as I remember. Got to see them play plenty more times that season and loved the way Villa looked after little Ossie on the pitch.

Ardiles led his team to beat German 5-4. Messi can't beat Germany at all. Ardiles >>>> Messi.
Ossie was good but not as good as Bryan Robson. Regards. Aammer Ahmed.
