The Claremont Colleges (7Cs) was formerly known as the Claremont University Consortium (CUC). It is a consortium of 7 colleges in Claremont, CA: 5 undergraduate colleges (Claremont, Harvey Mudd, Pitzer, Pomona, and Scripps) and 2 graduate schools (Claremont Graduate University & Keck Graduate Institute). The collegiate system provides flexibility and tight knit support of a small school with shared resources and expertise of a large school. Scripps is an all women’s college.
