- Since I haven't driven this car in roughly 2 years felt it was a good idea to clean the fuel system with a sea foam treatment.

When I seen you put the gas cap back on without adding a couple cap fulls of 2 stroke oil I about shit a brick.
I guess not everyone's oiling meter pump works
@@RobsGarageKC never said I even owned one, it’s just a precautionary measure. Anyone who owns a rotary and actually knows what a rotary is will tell you a little 2 stroke oil will GREATLY extend the life of the motor
@@BackwoodsGarageLLC.absolutely. One or two bottles of it every single time I filled my gas tank. Heavily extends the life of the Apex seals if you maintain everything else properly.

I’m getting code P0240 had it scanned at Oreillys and auto zone and they both recommended replacing catalytic converter.. heard this or something similar can turn off check engine light and no more problems..?
Same.P0420 code after using Seafoam , it destroy my Catalytic Converter , it costs me $3000 dollars for the costs of repair. Beware.

@@MarioLopez-rn2bsNah that’s about the standard price. Mine got stolen and without insurance it would’ve costed me about 2.5k. Doing it yourself is cheaper but most people don’t have the room or tools to do it

Not the best way to do it, you just mixed 12 gallons in your seafoam, would have been better to run in a 1/4 of gas left

Yes, it does, I've used it in my 2003 f250 4x4 with 92,500 miles. My next step is in the oil and the air intake. Read about it and watch a few videos

U do not use 91 OCT in the RX-7. Does more harm than good in a rotary engine.

Yeah I read from forums. Use a whole bottle on 1/8 tank, drive it 10-20 miles, then fill up for a deep clean
