Your Crumbl often leaves a lot incomplete. Always double check upon pick up.
My Crumbl let's me see the cookies in the box and ask me if its correct before they hand it to me. I think Pizza Hut does that too.

I don’t get to go as often as you, but I went this week so I had to come see your video! Our mystery was an orange creamsicle I think. I didn’t get it. I did get the Wonka which was GINORMOUS and so interesting! We did have the golden W on ours. When I first bit into it in my car at night so it was kinda dark. I thought instantly it was ice cream filled! I thought I better race home and get it in the freezer. The texture and size just made me think that. It was good tho! PB is ALWAYS my FAVE too! LOVE! I didn’t get the black forest cake one cuz I thought it might be too chocolaty. Might have to go back for it or try it next time. Oreo was pretty good too. And I always love a good chocolate chip cookie. I can never resist them. 😉🍪

That’s what I thought then I tried them finally last week😂They are actually very hard to finish. Very rich and thick you get full extremely fast.

Then why do you not ask them to fix all their errors? That’s why they show to the cookies, to approve them and catch errors to correct, the purpose.
Vanilla Crumb Cake ft Golden Oreo is my mystery cookie, this just seems redundant and lazy though 😭😑
I understand that they don't have enough help, but when you pay that much for a cookie, you should get it with all the toppings. So many times the cookies are missing toppings!!!!!!
