I've been eying that Maple Cream Sandwich since it was tested, but I'm not too big a fan of the sandwich cookies. The two cookies actually weigh the same as one regular cookie, and they're always hard, dry, and overbaked at my locations. I haven't had Crumbl in months because of the poor quality at my locations, but I did prefer one big soft cookie over two small hard ones.

NBC here in Athens, GA ALWAYS has the most moist, fresh cakes. It is INSANE how moist they are! ❤😋

I agree, that’s rude and bad business! They are quite flat. Maybe not enough baking powder or it could be old? They all sounds delicious and a great week. I will be getting ALL of these. My order is Maple, Birthday, Red Velvet and PB Chocolate Chip. I can’t wait to head to my local store. Great review.

The first thing I thought when I saw this picture I was like why are they flattened? They don’t look like your usual cookies yall have every Monday. The music is not a gooD business look at all and shouldn’t be allowed. I would love to get the maple cookie. Great review

Im just wondering if because of the minimum wage going up that maybe the cookies are smaller? I know at my location the price for 4 cookies was $16.99 and is now$18.99. Just a thought?

In our location it depends on who’s working. When mom’s away, the kids will play.
I’ve never heard music at the one I go to either so it’s obviously just your location. Put a complaint into customer service, they should respond very quick, they do when I email them. I would definitely complain though because that is extremely unprofessional & rude and very bad for business. But If they continue making the cookies the way they’ve been & if the music issue doesn’t change soon, it may just be time to go to another location
@@KathyLybrand-fj7pi Someone up above commented that they have the same problem. So it is more than one, but glad yours doesn't. I agree - I would go to another location or forgo the overpriced cookies anyway!

Hi Tami, maybe you should consider weighing EACH cookie every monday just for record for a month and do an experiment to see how much they do vary... I agree they don't look huge this time.
I will try to remember to do this next week. I think it's a great idea because I do believe our sandwich cookie was heavier than the rest which makes sense to me.

Wow… I have walked out restaurants that blast music… I don’t want to yell at my friends while eating… sustained loud noises like that also damage hearing… they are putting the employees at risk of hearing loss..
They were pretty rude.
This isn't a bad week, but I really think Crumbl is sadly going downhill. They no longer live up to the hype they once had and have way too many quality control issues (not just in your local store lol) which is rather sad
They started going downhill in 2022. They don’t get as many sales as they did 2019-2021 😅
I wonder if this is why they have branched out into cake slices. People need to speak with their money. That's why I refused to buy the cinnamon today. I didn't think it was any big deal the first time we tried it.
I completely agree-over a year ago-I said their quality control issues will do them in-and I’m including their frequent inability to have their product available at all times.
You say you’ve never had flat cookies like that, I’ve never had the super fat thick cookies like you usually get lol. Mine have always been more big around and thinner. I also love the gooey underbaked. Never have heard music at my location that’s crazy.. they are usually very young workers so it makes sense
When I worked at Crumbl my coworkers would play vulgar music with inappropriate lyrics and I was always shocked.. we even had a few mothers make comments about the music but I couldn’t do anything cause I wasn’t connected to the bluetooth
As a customer, if I walked in and heard vulgar music, I would contact every Crumbl in every way I could: Instagram, Facebook, their website. I would even try to call corporate.

If you plan on going back to Crumbl, bring a pen/marker and notepad, and communicate with the employee via in writing. Tell them you've lost your voice! LOL.

They’re probably flat cuz the baker flattened out the dough before baking.
It’s more likely they screwed up the ratio of wet to dry ingredients being that EVERY cookie is like that
If I walked in there and attempted to buy cookies and the music was blasting I would tell the manager to turn it down or I would inform corporate about that nonsense it's unnecessary and it's unprofessional

After listening to your reviews over the last few months, I would drop Crumbl off your review chart. If your local bakery is making that many errors and blunders, you are not really describing the Crumbl cookies that others will be purchasing at other bakeries. I say "Save your money," Tami and Kevin.
Crumbl watches our videos. I think it helps them to know exactly what is going on in their shops. These store owners need to be held accountable for not keeping to the standards set by the corporation. Thank you for your comment!
I'm losing interest in my crumbl location because too many of the cookies are becoming undercooked and too mushy I do not like cookies like that not everybody likes cookies like that,,, they should give you an option for the price you pay!!

It is disappointing to pay a lot for the cookies and they are not baked all the way through.
If it’s not the raising agent, sometimes the temperature of the butter can yield a flat cookie, too.

I refuse to buy Crumbl since the price hike and expansion into cakes and pies. Just here for the videos. I realized I can go to my Publix Bakery and get cakes or pies to feed a few people if I want to for much better pricing. The allure for me is gone. lol my waistline is happy✅

Your cookies never look good lately. I watch another Crumbl reviewer, and her cookies always look way better then yours. Plus, I don't get them never having all the cookies ready by the time they open. Sounds like somebody needs to be fired. For what those cookies cost, you deserve better.

I would have a hard time going back to a place if music is like that. It is too much noise pollution. As I get older, I am even more sensitive to noise of all kinds and it really hurts my ears. It isn't that I am "get off my lawn kid" kind of way; just too loud anything actually hurts! The peanut butter chip one looks like it has tons of chips and chocolate! The oreo one seems like they really lost half the topping! Their cookies did look like they had been pressed! So flat.
They only play the loud music when certain people aren't working. It's like kids behaving badly.
@@TamiDunn Why am I not surprised. When I was a manager at Hollywood Video about 4 million years ago (heheh), I remember if certain people were working all the kids would be on their phone at the front, ignoring everyone. The worst was we had to fire just about everyone because there was rampant stealing. They were stealing X boxes and games mostly. This is 15 years or more before our current shoplifting rampage in the country in some parts.
to me red velvet isn't red velvet without some type of cream cheese element!
