As usual very entertaining vid Eric, the footage & music were first rate! Thanks for the recap Paula, too bad Ironman doesn't use Race Ranger, those timing refs need to be held accountable for their calls. Kudos for being 5th, as you stated if you could of had your typical bike the order of finish below Taylor could have been different.

And breath, TTL, back in the house, I have loved seeing you both race around Europe, and even gracing our shores here in the UK, but it must be amazing to be home again, after all that, being in your own home, sleeping in your own, bed, and having Flynn home again, a fab catch up. Paula with not a lot in her diary well its almost season end here in the UK, so I have not either lol. I have loved seeing you both race over the last few weeks, I love Paula, and love the fact she now is in my very favorite brand of shoes, On running, but wondered if she might tell me which one's she was wearing on that training run, they looked like Stratus 3 which I now also own. but couldn't relate to the color, but as an On runner you know the pro athletes they look after do get slightly different versions and colors of shoes than we err not so pro athletes can get. and which calf sleeves she has started wearing were they Compressport? Please Anyway love have my Sunday's returned to normal, Stay safe both see you next week, much love from the UK X

Top 5, is super good, you could always come to Santa Cruz and win it, and go out with a win:) and focus on having fun, as that's what Santa cruz is about, and I have been on a diet, do believe the way you eat, like no life:) and how much you weigh is like, leaps and bounds on improvement, over training hard:) will miss having Eric run me down in the race, however goal is to make it out of wilder ranch before they catch me, who knows, maybe this year they won't catch me:) as for Mt bike tri,,,hmmm it's funny, that's what I used to do, but switched to road tri,,,why, well Mt biking requires a lot of skill, Kerry warner type skill, some have that skill, like riding a wheelie up a hill:) others don't, and never will, then there is bike race, single-track, hard to pass, and the run, other then it being hills, it's about the same, so I would think about making a huge switch, if it were me, train on a Mt bike, and race Ironman, long distance:) then 3 years from now, you can race in my million dollars race:)
