This makes me miss Dayton. My Moms side from there and I lived there in 1989 as a child, and later 2006-2011 as an adult. Funny how a simple train video sparks so much nostalgia. Especially when I seen the U.S 35 overpass split. OMG the memories. My Aunts old house in the 80s was literally one block from these tracks. You would come out the house make a right, pass one house, quick left...one house on the corner and then the tracks.
Growing up there in the 50's Dayton was full of railroads....It was full of auto and other manufacturing but sadly it all went away like in other rustbelt towns....
great catch and video frst time for me to watch I live in middletown, ohio downtown I have train tracks on both sides of me I am closte to the old middletown, depot in town.

I drive past that bridge almost every time I go to Dayton I always look over to see if there is any trains going by.

Nice, almost forgot about this again.
One of those autorack cars looked pretty shaky for a minute. Almost didn't catch hold during the crossover.
Now all that needs to be done is adding frequent passenger rail services in Ohio!!!
Nice vid! Is this area safe? Thanks
No It really isn't
CSX453 Yes it is right next to a police station so this is probably the safest crossing in the city
