serious sam siberian mayhem easter eggs the walking zombie 2 random encounter splitgate - Hry
Whispers of the dead.... Can actually be heard around the Mojave in different places other than the Goodsprings Cemetary.
Huh... Never knew that. That sounds cool
@@darklordvule2841 yeah. Think you can hear it around anywhere that has graves (near dlc areas) and even when you go to Little Yangtze in Big MT you can hear it around there too. Just gotta listen closely
Has anyone tried finding the audio file and playing it backwards perhaps it might shed some light potentially on what the voice is saying?
@@kingofravens215 not sure how I'd even do that. Might even need to mess with sound levels in whatever thing to do that.
@Dillon AP_92 I need to reinstall New Vegas and go through Vault 22 again... Not only because of my favorite weapon this time
7:29 Clearly that's Zach Hadel doing a little silly Freddie Freaker dance.
I was about to say that but you beat me to it lol
A little green goblin? A cumulon if you will...
i posted a similar comment before i scrolled. lol nice job
1 freak 2 freak 3 freak 4
now the freak is knockin on your door
"Peeduh, Freddie Freaker's dancing in our living room!"
"Jesus fucking Christ..."
In the second level of Powerwashing simulator, the Bungalow it's called I believe, you can see the Majors cat on the neighbors roof, shooting at it with the waterbeam however scares it off, starting the whole subplot of the 'story'.
In elden ring blaidd’s armor has a frozen reference saying the cold never bothered him anyway
I bet their were furries making him (I am one not hating on furries if he is even one))
@@Snowwasteland furries are humans who act like/think they're animals, blaidd is not that
@Dick Grayson I hate frozen me and my irl buddy when we were in high school we went out of the room because of the songs
Elden ring has such a dreary atmosphere that seeing a random, blatant Disney reference is so surreal. Thats such a great detail
@@Snowwasteland you aren’t? Man fuck furries they should all rot
Hearing you read that sign around the 1:46 mark was all I needed today lmao thank you
In the Deadpool game, in the stealth mission where I was supposed to silently kill and sneak to Mr. Sinister, I was so dumb and always discovered by the guards, after few failed attemps, deadpool lose patience and skip the whole segment 😂
7:40 I think it might be a reference to Freddy freaker what with the stiff arms and dancing
Power Wash simulator has a STUNNING backstory going on if you read the texts during missions. The starter equipment was pulled from a lake with the work van your friend bought at an auction for you. Your friend is a volcanologist which explains why dirt gets everywhere in the game, soot is being spilled out everywhere. There are reasons to believe the mayor of the town is corrupt and involved in some oil malpractice. You can hear bigfoot stomping around the same forest where a park ranger believes hooligans are trashing his outpost (you see their footprints as well). If you use the mars rover DLC which is free you can somewhere hidden find a alien hatch with an alien gnome on it. As they add more levels the ultimate plot and the player's position in it becomes less obvious but the services are in more and more demand meeting new persons of influence.
Sooo matpat was partially right?
@@ysrael4648 I'm not familiar with the video you're mentioning
I’m mentioning game theory.they did a video on power wash lore
@@ysrael4648 generally there's a lot of details people disregard from the texts customers in the game send. If you go over the job briefing you can see alot about the character and their reasons for requiring your service. That can act as context for the rest of the texts you recieve on a job
Sometimes you have context clues with bigfoot, there's a cabin in the woods with "punks wrecking the place". The muddy footprints and movement in the distance are more obvious but still all noticeable. Some missions have graffiti you only notice if you use the lowest setting to scrape the mud off walls
on the treehouse level in powerwash simulator all of the cameras always made me think there was an easter egg or something but i never discovered anything
7:29 its a Freddy Freaker reference
I wish more games were like SplitGate, and would allow you to disable invisible walls and boundaries. Even if it allows you to see unfinished textures, which is the point of the walls and boundaries, it would still be a really nice option to be able to just allow the player to explore to their heart's content
The gnomes I think may be a reference to the valve games Left 4 Dead and Half Life, there were a lot of similar looking gnomes there too
I had an invader in elden ring cosplaying as a serious Sam kamikaze. He somehow hid his helmet and came running with the mace hands on while spamming an emote that let him say ahhh. He used the flask that makes you into a living bomb. He ran into my friend and killed them both. Made me laugh extremely hard
3:43 I’m mad that he didn’t mention that the gnomes actually do power washing simulator’s dev logs because in one of them (I don’t remember which sadly) it says “my gnome brethren”
In the walking dead saint and sinners if you look at the description of the crowbar it says “perfect for prying off crabs” which is a reference to half life.
I really love your channel, ive been subscribed 2 years now and u really bring back my love for video games
Yeah, you're gonna need some help for the Walking Zombie 2, especially when there's a easter egg of a giant footprint, I believe and giant skeleton and one that may be referring to Book of Eli, I haven't played the game in a long time and can't help much there.
Coming back to this comment, turns out you can help Thor find his hammer.
There are so many references. Way too many and it’s amazing
Yeh i found the giant footprint dont know whats that referring too tho
@@sosigman8816 probably 'pretty boi' (that boss from Springfield) footprint
@@blitzkriegc1112 maybe maybe not
@@sosigman8816 yeah but it is the biggest boss that exists the game and have a similar foot size
In walking zombie 2, there was a random encounter where you fight giant chickens and destroy their eggs
My God, never in a million years did I expected anyone to cover the game, The Walking Zombie 2. This has made my day, thank you👍
Btw, you will find a lot of Easter Eggs in the game.
@Malte Dierks Also Thors Hammer can be found in a random encounter as well.
@Malte Dierks Also once you meet the aliens they start to fly around Springfield.
I had TWZ 2 for a while now and came across a lot Easter eggs
Nice 🧀 🧀 🧀 🧀 🧀 🧀
I was thinking the same, it was a nice surprise to see someone cover the game.
That Splitgate easter egg I can't help but feel it's a Freddie Freaker reference from Oney Plays, has the same dance and everything czcams.com/video/h6nSY_HuWaU/video.html (could be wrong though) - which was in turn a reference to an 1980s toy thing
FREDDIE FREAKER!!!
Eggcellent! PS2 Jak 2, has two neat details. The first is when riding a hovercraft, Daxter holds and aims the gun while Jak drives. The second is every time Jak pulls out a weapon, the stage music gets more intense and when he holsters his weapon the music dies down again. Just fun little details. Thought it’d be cool if that made it on the channel! Honorable mention, theres a different animation of Jak and Daxter every time they die.
In spiderman there's a side mission called spider pi where you track down some blakmailers
At one point you spy on a guy called Niko who mentions someone called Roman while on a call
You can guess what that's a reference to
Never get tired of these videos thank you 🙏🏽
Pretty sure the NV one is a pain to replicate, as it’s around a 2% chance to trigger per grave, leading to a two second loop. It is also any grave in the entire Mojave.
So for the splitgate Easter egg I don't think that gremlin is anything specific. However it is a reference to Freddy Freaker as it's definitely doing his Iconic Dance.
Bumping this, definitely Freddy Freaker's dance.
7:40
Going Goblin Mode
7:42 thats Freddy Freaker
In KO City the Sniperball does „warsounds“ (shooting etc.)
Every ball has its own sounds when not picked up (Prisonball (Police chatter…), multiball (arcade sounds) etc etc.
7:40 That might be a reference to temple run, you get chased by monkeys that look somewhat like that.
That Serious Sam reference could also be to the Holy Grenade in the Worms series,it even plays the sound when you use it
In borderlands 3 on PlayStation 4 the light on your controller changes according to what element your weapon has
In Splitgate that little Green Goblin dancing I think it's a reference to a TV show where was a yellow Goblin dancing the same way
That weird thing in splitagate kinda looks like freddy freaker
6:28 theirs one random encounter that I got. Which is the black men In suits, which is what they called it. And it gives a mission and everything when you randomly get it.
That first one with the exploding holy bomb, the sound is also from the game Worms.
The "Hallelujah" during the Serious Sam one is a further easter egg of the holy hand grenade from the Worms games.
In "Dysmantle" one of the weapons you can craft is a Fallout Powerfist. But it's an endgame recipe requiring you to finish the main story game to unlock. Then have to actually craft.
7:30 defenately is a reference to Freddie freaker something which became popular as a meme and also a character that Chris from oney plays seeming obsesses over
The Holy Hand grenade always reminds me far too much the holy hand grenade from the Worms series since that grenade also asks the same way as it does in Serious Sam except you can cause huge damage to the enemies with it
I think the holy hand grenade from the Worms series is also inspired by Monty Python
You do know the holy hand grenade from Worms is literally inspired from Monty Python. It's the same thing.
Yh i know but what I'm saying is i mostly know from Worms I've never actually watched the movie
Hmm noice didn't expect you making a video on the walking zombie 2
In the Flintstones game for the NES I remember a hidden detail. If you press down on the d-pad Fred will hide his head like a turtle. The giant Frankenstein's monsters won't be able to see you and get confused.
In Supraland. You can find a bunch of Easter eggs, from Breaking bad to Indiana jones to He-Man to Rick and Morty
Cool detailIn oblivion in sky ruler temple if you step in between the two who are sparing they'll stop
7:30 This little guy is doing the Freddy Freaker dance.
The gnome is a reference to fallout 4 dlc far harbour’s random gnomes
My dog died recently and these Easter egg videos have been keeping me through it. Have loved your channel for little over a year now and I haven’t missed one, however I was always too scared to comment. Thank you for the amazing videos and I hope you keep doing these because you might not know this but your videos can help people through tough times just like you helped me through mine. ❤️👑
Srry 2 hear bro RIp ur doggo
Sorry to hear about your dog, keep your head up champ.
When I played walking zombies I encountered, a reference to the book of Eli, one level based on max payne nightmare levels and one character who was the protagonist of death stranding.
Quick question did anyone else notice that when he was showing us footage of mayor springfeild just before as he's at the trader spot the trader is the vault tec rep from fallout 4
7:38 Maybe that is Freddy Freaker? I've only seen him on oney plays and obviously he looks different in Splitgate but he has the ICONIC Freddy Freaker dance
7:36 I mean that HAS to be a reference to the Freddy Freaker property. The goblin stature, the same dance, the overly articulated arms?
7:34 is a dancing yellow alien from a CZcams animation called Freddie Freaker, who originally use to be a dancing toy made by L.A toys in the 80’s.
7:29 map makers were definitely oneyplays fans and we love to see that
I believe there might be an Easter egg inside Serious Sam's easter egg. The "Hallelujah" sound effect is the same used for Worms Armageddon holy hand grenade.
In GTA V there is a mission, while we playing Franklin called "The Construction Assassination".At the mission Lester gives a objective to kill a guy named Enzo Bonelli. After the mission if you listen to radio called Blue Ark you can hear they talking about the assassination.
Haha dude literally every outcome of every single story mission or side mission you do in GTA comes on the radio 😂 you need to pay more attention when you're playing 🤦
Also, doesn't matter what Radio Station it is, Weazel News will come on any station...
@@tyrannosaurusflex3698 LOL 😂 I usually play games without sound so... Thank for the information btw.
Haha no problem. I highly recommend playing video games with the sound on 😂
7:30 that's a reference to the Freaky Freddy from those commercials at the early 90s
that splitgate one is a reference to Freddi Freaker. Once made immensely popular by Oneyplays, it was originally a 'call this number speak to me' hotline of... dubious intent. But Freddi is a weird easter egg
The goblin in split gate looks like he’s doing the Freddie freaker dance so maybe that’s what it’s reference to that
In Fallout: New Vegas with the Wild Wasteland perk, the giant rats in Broc Flower Cave will be named "Rodents of Unusual Size", a reference to the movie The Princess Bride, where the giant rats in the Fire Swamp are called "ROUS", or "Rodents of Unusual Size". Lady Jane in Freeside will also quote the movie when prompted about the ROUS' saying "Oh I assure you, sir, they are very real and very large".
I swear that goblin in the Splitgate section is doing the Freddy Freaker dance
7:40 I think it is reference to the dancing grunt in halo.
I can't remember which halo it was but there was dancing grunt.
I’m not sure if this one was covered before but in necromunda: hired gun. In mission 3 you can find a boot with a red plan and a pair small tracks that are reference to the movie WALL•E when he finds the plant.
In metal gear rising revengance, during monsoon's iconic meme speech you can look to your right and see a soldier petting a cat
In The Walking Zombie 2 you can also find the reference of taking the red pill and the blue pill which opens up a lot of lore
you can also encounter an alien case with an alien blaster. And no it does not look like the alien blaster from call of duty zombies
In dead cells there are many eater eggs but the one i found was the half life easter egg where the shows a dead body with a familiar alien on the dead bodys head proceed further and you can find a crowbar
7:35 Freddie Freaker has been summon by the Tomar Emerald
7:32 I think it's a Freddie Freaker reference, The dance and design is similar to him
I only knew about holy hand grenade reference from Worms
I just started New Vegas a few days ago…. Lol thx for helping Me find some juicy eggs
7:35 that is the "door" on Mars witch was fount by the Perseverance rover, this is maybe a nod to the so called "green men".
Another amazing video
In the first Division if your lucky you can see a dog killing and catching a bird mid air, I’ve only seen it in the Tenderloin area personally
if you have the sanity to grind for another 9 hours in The Walking Zombie and you come to Northwood i belive it's called (last city) you have an encounter at facing yourself from the future/past and a 2nd one being seeing thors hammer and you can possibly pick it up! (1 in 1000 chance and you will take damage if "you are not worthy" but i think you can cheese it still and take no damage from not being worthy!)
oh! and i forgot, there of course is a cyberpunk easter egg in either the dessert or snow cities
There's an easter egg here!
...and that was all the motivation I needed to go to an alleyway in Detroit at 11pm
Pretty sure that splitgate goblin thing is a Freddy freaker reference
I’m not sure if you have on covered this but I found a cool Deathloop easter egg. In the Fristad Rock level, if you head to the bar place where the drunk people were and go to a corner, you can see a arcade cabinet that is called "Hell Crasher". This is a obvious reference to Doom as there is a cacodemon that shows on the screen. The font is also from Doom and "Hell Crasher" is probably a parody of "Doom Slayer". I love your videos man, keep it up!
The goblin in splitgate is the same one as the spray from the battle pass
7:30 I think it's a reference to Freddy Freaker. Oneyplays made a joke about them and it made them popular. The goblin here is doing the same dance as Freddy in the commercials
8:57 I wonder if the prickly pear fruit is a reference to the Bear necessities song from Disney's jungle book?
"Now when you pick a pawpaw
Or a prickly pear
And you prick a raw paw
Well, next time beware
Don't pick the prickly pear by the paw
When you pick a pear
Try to use the claw
But you don't need to use the claw
When you pick a pear of the big pawpaw;
Have I given you a clue?"
I know a detail in injustice 2, if you play on the fortress of solitude stage, and interact with the flag and You're playing as somebody as heavy as bane or gorilla grodd it will fall down but if your somebody light like batman or flash you'll swing on the flag
Another game that is jam packed with easter eggs is Warframe, from small IT easter eggs to full blown mini games that reference games like Steet fighter...
Do you know where said references are?
@@justauser6437 The mini games can be accessed at any point since you can access them in a clan's dojo or on an other player's ship, but most require progress through the main story quests.
@@MEYH3M thank you for the information
In the punisher game on the zoo level u can interrogate a mob foo by threatening to throw him in the piranha pool but a lot people don't know is that you can throw other mob members in the pool and watch them get nombed on by the piranhas.
The walking zombie also has matrix reference and aliens and Thor’s hammer and a talking chicken and I think that all the random encounters I found
That little goblin thing at 7:30 might be a Jinjo(?) from Banjo Kazooie
7:30
Oh my god, I think that’s a reference to Freddy Freaker; he’s an OneyPlays “character” that they’ve used for random advertisements and stuff! (My thinking for this is the dancing motions. This Easter egg and Freddy Freaker’s dancing are really similar.)
Splitgate make think about the latest news about Mars like "Look, there a door on Mars !" thing
In the first Watch Dogs, Aiden will wipe his phone screen in the rain.
In Hitman 2, on The Ark Society mission, after a certain amount of kills with the knight armor guards with the armor will spawn.
the easter egg at @6:10 is a reference to the state of America for the past 15 years
i found an easter egg in warframe but it will take a while to get because its only in one of the missions
The gnomes can be a reference to Fallout 4 which have gnomes scattered through the world watching you
The goblin thing (in splitgate i think is a reference to jameskii who said the goblin spray was the best thing he had ever seen 7:32
(the video is portal 3 around the 10:48 mark)
4:47 that trader guy on top left looks like the fallout 4 postman...
I think the magneto Easter egg was also a fortnight one. The helmet seems night like and had a fork stuck to it Fork Knight!!
the prickly pear is a reference to, the bear necessities from the jungle book, probably need to reverse the audio to hear the song
Finally Captain Eggcelent said the curse word
I dont know what the thing from splitgate is causebive never played it but its doing the freddie freaker dance
1:52 I didn't know what the poster said until I saw the captions censor when he said well umm the word he said on the poster alright?
The goblin is a reference to freddy freaker
hey don't know if you have done this detail but in titan fall 2 in the effect and cause mission chapter 2 when
Andersons projection is in front of the hologram of the ark he fights someone and the body is actually there
its normaly there i think
5:56 "Guess they'll never learn"
There are a lot of Easter eggs in the game ghost runner, the only one that I have personally found was a fall guy’s character in the water about a fourth of the way through level 6
already covered 👍🏻
