+Slavcho Kuzmanov Hello Slavcho. You are right. It's about 25mm but you must not worry about the new one. You must worry about the old one. Service limit is 25,5. There is something strange as you understand here. We measured the new and we found a windth of 25mm. Service manual says that service limit is 25,5. That is something we do not understand so we just do not care anymore. The belt lasts up to 20.000 km for sure. Personally i change it at 18.000 to 20.000 km because i travel a lot and i want piece of mind. Others leave the belt untill 30.000+ km. The only thing you can do is to open the transmission and check the condition of the belt for cracks and generall contition. I don't trust the measurement. Have in mind that the belt is BANDO. Hope i helped you.

Before that I had measured my old belt and it shows 25 mm. I also read in the manual that the service limit is 25.5 and decided that it should be changed, and then bought a new, but it got a shock when I measured new belt is 25 mm. Your video made me very calm when I saw 25 mm belt Honda. So thank you so much for your response and I wish you good health and good luck. Savvas Amo ı m sorry.. my sh300i 2013 year 12k km total. I checked the oil level after 1,000 km. deep stick on the oil half level see :( (5w-40 motul 7100 oil)
+focusrite OK i got it now. It is normal for SH 300 the consumption of oil. You must check it every 500-1.000 kms and fill it up if needed. Also you must use oil which has the specifications JASO MB and not MA for the engine. You must use JASO MA only to the final transmission. MOTUL has the new SCOOTER POWER 10-30 JASO MB 100% synthetic which is suitable for SH 300 engine's oil. Try this but DO NOT FORGET TO CHECK OIL LEVEL because the consumption for this engine appears to all of us the owners regardless the year of production.

(same boeing plane engine sound after up 80km/h) change 90w castrol transmission oil.. but I will follow what you say!!! thaks!! well oil consumption this normal? I checked the exhaust outlet but not soot ! very clean hole.
+focusrite You are welcome. You will see nothing at the exhaust's hole. Yes the consumption of oil is normal according to our observations of many owners .HONDA recommends to check it in the manual. The oil which is suitable for the engine according to HONDA instructions is SAE 10-30 (or 10-40 in hot areas) JASO MB. This JASO MB is hard to be finded and untill now only HONDA, CASTROL, BELRAY and MOTUL a year ago produce such oil's specification in out knowlenge. In the final transmission HONDA recomends in the service and owners manual engines oil SAE 10-30 JASO MA. 90W is a very THICK oil and NOT recomended by HONDA, i hope you did not make any damage to your trasmission. You must always follow HONDA specifications. Check your ownwes manual all of these are written in the manual.
Προσωπικά συμφωνώ και στα δικά μου 10-30 βάζω εκτός αν με το μεγάλο ταξιδέψω σε καμιά Σαχάρα κλπ, τότε ναι θα βάλω 10-40 αλλά το συγκεκριμένο μοτό που γίνεται σέρβις δεν είναι δικό μου.
Σελίδα 24 του εγχειριδίου χρήστη. Στον ολικό χιλιομετρητή πατάμε ταυτόχρονα και τα δύο κουμπιά (TRIP + CLOCK) για 2 δευτερόλεπτα τουλάχιστον και έσβησε.
Ωραιο βάψιμο έχει ο τοιχος...
