Union Pacific Big Boy

On the dates of June 30 and July 2, 2023 we were able to chase the famous Union Pacific Big Boy no. 4014 during the Home Run Express which took place from Cheyenne, Wyoming to Omaha Nebraska for the 2023 College World Series. We were able to see the giant locomotive on the return trip back to Cheyenne from the towns of Grand Island to Sidney, Nebraska. This wasn't our first time seeing the Union Pacific Big Boy in operation but no matter how times we see it operate on the mainline it's definitely a sight to see and doesn't cease to amaze. We hope y'all enjoy this short video of the world's largest operating steam locomotive racing through the plains of Nebraska and Colorado.

Idk what it is about the Nebraska route of 4014 but that’s the line I really wanna see UP Steam on something so cool about it. And imo you nailed it. Great video!
