I had purchased the sofa and Dining table set on 24.6.2019 for my personal use. It is covered with the Guarantee for 36 months .
After some time the leather started cracking . I contacted customer care of Papperfy and I also wrote e-mail .
Customer care person of Papperfry called me and demanded photos of product. After sending photos I got reply from the Pepperfry that , the damage due uses of product, therefore they can not do anything.
How can Papperfy say that , the leather is cracked due to uses. Uses was main purpose to purchase product. If the leather is getting cracked means they have used the lower quality product.
