Wt is the tax on product of 100 Rs if the tax is 18% ?
₹15.26 will be the tax on ₹100 if the tax is 18%.
So, usually people answer ₹18 as tax, and say pre gst value will be 100-18 = 82.
but if a product is ₹100 inclusive of 18% GST.
then pre gst it would be 84.74 and tax will be ₹15.26.
as the calculation goes like: 100/1.18 = 84.74
(Since you don’t have to minus the gst percentage, you have to derive the pre gst value)

I had sent Noise neckband for replacement cuz it was stopped working (for 2nd time in 8 months) they took 1 and half months to replace it. Today, they delivered the replaced neckband.. and it was the wrong cheaper neckband.. no halp from the service centre or customer care..
This is the kind of product they make and service they provide..

I purchased 2 Noise watches and the experience was pathetic.. The customer care and watch performance is worst.. until they learn about customer experience.. they cannot sustain in the market.. I hope they will shut down soon if they continue to do the same..

I am a customer of Noise by purchasing a headphone named Noise 2 the worst Product I ever purchased.
I bought noise headphones in August and within a few days the headphones got damaged. And then when I complained about it, the customer support took a lot of time and informed me about the replacement product and sent me the repair product which was not repaired and was sent as defective.
Then when I complained again, they again repaired it. Sent it back and within a few days it got damaged again,, 4 months have passed but till now the product has not been repaired properly and no replacement has been sent.
And every time I call customer support they talk to me in a very bad manner and every time I complain it takes half a month.
The service is terrible.
And at the end Raj bhai I love your podcast.
Raj, I would suggest you add the other speaker name in all the videos directly in the video name.

They import everything from China and assemble it in India. Sometimes they even import the entire product from China and just do marketing / advertising that's all.
What sort of innovation / R&D does Noise invest into?

It's the worst , it doesn't refund the customer money within their committed time. Also auto cancels order and shows that the customer cancelled the order.
In 1 month I bought three noise smartwatch for my family and one earbuds all items dead in 6 months warranty card does not work properly and no response .... I bought noise items for style and prices but now I don't want to buy noise product my trust is gone.. if you take my all old items and give me new items then I will buy your product again and trust noise again'
