  • In this video I share 6 reasons for why people avoid therapy - and what to do about it. It can seem like a straightforward decision to make. That if you are experiencing mental health or life issues that going for therapy is what anyone would do. However this is often not the case.

    I have a new camera and so will be taking a short break from making videos while I test out this new setup to improve the quality of the future videos. Next videos will be focused on diet and nutrition and its connection to our mental health.

    I did not keep continuing with therapy because I believed therapy could not help because they always were inappropriate with the specific help I needed. The town I'm from it took years for them to even send me to a psychologist because they did not have one. So for years I did not go by to therapy. I am still suffering from depersonalisation and derealization with intense ringing in the ears. 27 years,
