Dude striper have to stay moving, much like sharks, they can't just sit like a bass can, the metabolism is high on um, if you find them about anything fished sporadic and jerky will trigger a hit even if they are off the feed ATM.. vertical juggin in winter here can be bass happy stuff .. spoons are one of the most across the board bait around, any water type, any country.. good stuff.. I'm like 18 min away from the docks at pleasant..
