She is suing the defendant for emotional distress and stolen property. The plaintiff is countersuing for emotional distress, claiming that after her ex punched her in the face, the plaintiff also hit her in the eye with a brick.

Bless the defendant tho cuz she’s most likely a product of her environment. Growing up in foster care isn’t easy. She’s so beautiful too. One day hopefully she’ll switch the narrative and learn that she can be the example that she probably didn’t have as a child to her daughter. ❤️

Yes! She is so young. This case bothered me. I feel like she was unable to articulate herself and he didn't give her a chance! He should have dismissed the case and told the plaintiff to have Bobby take care of it bc this is Bobby's fault. I'm sure being 18-20 and a man messing around on and running game on you while you're pregnant with his child is an emotional situation. I would have spoken as a parent to this young lady and gave her and advice and dismissed it. As for the 23 yr old who is in school you have a little experience with her and the fact that she has no child and in school shows her aptitude. I'm more disappointed in her bc she seemed to know better or should have. Although I understand a person can only take so much but Again Bobby is the blame here. I wish them well and better.

If it was that serious she could of had him. She didn’t have access to our home where she can run and lock herself in rooms... They weren’t getting into fights.. She didn’t have my phone number.. we met places to pick up his son..I ignored her... she got the picture.. he respected me, her and his son.If she was going beserk in front of our home....she would have felt every piece of 911.
