❤ sir the book refered on the whole hearted way was intresting and in same way swamy chinmayananda no his book meditation and life 18 th chapter recharge the mind have refered the adhisankaras sanskrit slokas with meaning known as brahma gyanavali song of supreme knowledge 19 verses to meditate on those verses will lead to enlightment as how removing the ignorance and identifying the knowledge with one own self knowig throgh contemplation thought processing how to enter to thought less state
